"Seems like he genuinely likes you" Mina whispered in Jiyeon's ears, pointing towards a tall and handsome male clad in a royal blue three piece suit.

"Do you need anything sir? If not, I'll take my leave" Jiyeon said politely, ignoring Mina's comment. The male sighed, lowering a bundle of Gardenias that he had in his hands for a few minutes. Jiyeon and Mina bowed to him and left his room.

"It doesn't matter if he genuinely likes me or not; we can never be together. Our worlds are completely different" Jiyeon answers her once they are out of his room.

"If I were you I would have already accepted him. He is so .... PERFECT" Mina says dramatically, clutching her shirt from the front and gasping afterwards.

"Stop drooling over the Prince. Get out of your fantasy" Jiyeon snorted, breaking her sweet daydreaming session.

"Date him for me atleast. How amazing it would be to brag about him dating my friend to others " Mina says dramatically.

"I don't know you anymore" Jiyeon spats after looking at her with a 'you-gotta-be-kidding-me' look.

Jiyeon and Mina work at Kim Mansion. Namjoon is the only heir aka Prince of Kim legacy and he was soon-to-be CEO of Kim Industries. He was the heartthrob of all girls in Korea but his heart beats only for Jiyeon.

Jiyeon had grown up in their palace as her mother was working there. Because of her mother, Kim being kind hearted helped her in her education, paid for her expenses and let them live under their roof. So she was obliged to work there till she pays off their debt.

Namjoon used to give her a bouquet of flowers everyday but she would reject them politely or more likely dodge his attempts. But he still did it everyday like it was a habit. Everyday hoping to get a positive response from the girl.

After few days -

Jiyeon came back after her classes were over and soon she was greeted by Mina. "Why don't you just accept him and go on a date already?" Mina asked.

"I told you already it's not right. Even if I go, do you think it will last longer than a few months?" Jiyeon rolled her eyes.

"He genuinely cares for you Jiyeon. Of course it will last longer. He has his eyes only for you" she chimed. Jiyeon sighs knowing whatever she says won't change her mind.

Right then a lady came to inform Jiyeon that Prince Namjoon wants to see her in his room. "Tell me which flowers are for today," Mina says teasingly. "Sure" Jiyeon answers with a sardonic smile and makes her way to Namjoon's room.

"You called for me sir?" Jiyeon asks in a soft voice. "Yes, come in," Namjoon says with a sweet smile. Just seeing her face brightens his day. "Here... for you" he said while giving her a small Clover flower. "Do you need any help?" She ignored his words. "It won't work this time. Not today" he said and quickly slipped the flower in her hair.

To say she was surprised by his sudden unexpected move would be an understatement, she was shocked which caused her to stumble back.

"Sorry I didn't mean to shock you. Why don't you accept it? You don't even listen to what I have to say" he lets out all of his thoughts and confronts her.

"You are a Prince, you are not supposed to give me anything but orders" she pointed out, maintaining her posture.

"Then I order you to go on a date with me," he orders with a smirk.

Jiyeon looks at him wide-eyed and her mouth 'O' shaped. She was sure she looked like a fish but she couldn't care less. She never would have thought that Namjoon would dare to make such a move.

Namjoon steps towards her and gently pushes her chin to shut her mouth. "If that's how you want to play then I'll for sure Miss Jiyeon" he winks at her.

She shakes her head and gets back to her senses. "I'll make sure that you regret giving me this order, Prince Namjoon," she says with a sly smile.

Namjoon tells her to get ready for their 'date', so she leaves the room and lets out the breath which didn't know she was holding. Her heart was pounding and her face was hot.

Control your emotions Jiyeon. You can't get flatter by him now. Do just like you have been doing till now.

She enters her room and Mina is still there. "Yah! You accepted the flower!?" Mina screamed and touched the little Clover which was seated quietly in Jiyeon's hair.

"Ah..that...w-well..." She trailed off.

"You are stuttering. Something happened. What happened?" Mina was like an excited 5 year old child. Jiyeon sighs and tells her everything.

"WHATTTT!?" Mina was on the ninth cloud. "Omg I'm so happy. He is so smart, I'm so proud of him" Mina said with dreamy eyes. "Yah! You are my friend not his. Well, it's another thing that you are his fan" Jiyeon mumbles the last sentence to herself.

"Okay let's get you ready" Mina makes her stand and dresses her up gorgeously and elegantly.

"WOW! You look so stunning. Forget about Namjoon, go on a date with me" she says with a wide grin making Jiyeon blush.

Namjoon enters, interrupting their moment. "She is mine for today Mina" he declares.

"Yes of course she is yours sir" Mina bows and leaves the room. "Let's go" he takes Jiyeon's hand and makes their way out.

"So where do you want to go?" Namjoon asks. He wanted this date to be a reason to live her life for once. To know her world and get to know her better.

Jiyeon takes this opportunity to make him do all the things which normal people would do and royals like him would find weird or lowly. But Namjoon enjoyed everything and made all her attempts fail badly. By the end of their date he lived all the moments with her and proved her wrong.

"Jiyeon, will you be my girlfriend?" Namjoon asked while driving. Jiyeon stayed silent contemplating on words to choose. "S-sir... I...-" Namjoon cuts her off "Not sir. Now I'm just a normal guy asking out a girl. Got it?" He affirmed.

"I can't. You are Prince. It's the reality that you need to face. Normal girl like me can't be with someone like you. You family will never approve" she bursts out. Before he could protest her she continued "I owe your family a big time. If I do something like this they can make me go away from not just Seoul but South Korea and you won't even know when and how that happened; you know that very well too. So you decide if you want me in your palace or somewhere out of South Korea."

Namjoon knew she was right. But he didn't want to give up before trying. For that he will have to wait because he didn't have enough power against his own family yet.

"Then wait for me. I'll become strong enough to bring you into my world. Just wait. Till that time accept my gifts. You can do that at least, right?" He asks softly. She looks at him with glimmering eyes and replies "O-okay."
