Here Bani is not talking to Veer at all. She doesn't let him enter in her room also. Days are passing. Veer is becoming restless.

In the office Veer knocks Bani's door.

Bani: come in

Veer enters. Bani becomes stiff. Veer puts a letter in front of her.

Bani: what is this?

Veer: My resignation letter.

Bani becomes shocked.

Bani: what?

Veer: I want to quit

Bani controls herself: why?

Veer: coz this is the best thing to do

Bani: best for what?

Veer: best for both of us Bani. We can't be like this. I can't feel guilty for taking your advantage everyday. I didn't like you at first. Later I tried to befriend with you but everything is becoming more awkward now. Isse achcha hum ek dusre se mile hi na.

Bani goes close to Veer: you said you didn't like me at first. Do you like me now?

Veer(irritated): Uske age piche bhi maine bohot kuch bola tha. sunai nahi diya hei kya tumhe?

Bani smiles sadly: kya karu, ajkal tumhare siway or kuch na to sunai deti hei or nahi dikhai deti hei.

Veer: issiliye hi mere chale jana sahi hei. Phir na to dikhai dunga or nahi sunai dunga.

Bani holds his collar: mere ankho ke samne se hat jaoge par mere dil se kaise nikaloge apne ap ko Veer?

Veer touches her hair: wakt nikal dega.

Both look at each other.

Bani: yaha naukri chodne se kya faida? You're still at my house and the school.

Veer: I'll leave your house tomorrow.

Bani gets hurt: what about school? I can fire you from the school also.

Veer: No I won't leave the school. I need at least one space to check on you. If I leave the school you'll stop studying again.

Bani: Don't go. Nothing happened between us that night. I was pranking you only.

Veer smiles: that night didn't happen anything. What's the guarantee that other night also won't happen anything?

Bani(her tears fall): kya kami hei mujh mein?

Veer(caresses her hair): pyaar ki. Tum ab nahi samjhogi. Jab badi ho jaogi tab samjhogi.

Bani moves away his hand: You can leave now Mr Singhania. I'm accepting your resignation.
