[10] The Finale (Part 1)

HEYYYYY YALL! How ru lovely people? so this is the finale, sad right? but dw this is part 1 of the finale and this chapter and the next will be very long so yeah, stay entertained. we are gonna on a journey. just want to say thank u to all of u amazing people, at first i got wattpad just to read some cheesy descendants fan fics but now here i am, writing books for u amazing people, i wouldnt have come as far as i have if it wasnt for u guys. i luv u a bunch! now let's crack on with this story! oop, here we go.

And so, they played a game of "Snakes & Ladders". 

"Roll the dice then!" Joshua said, impatiently waiting for his turn. He so wanted to crush the brunette in front of him, who he was sure, was sweating so hard as she played the game and made her moves carefully.

"I am, you big silly!"

"Big silly? Please, Olivia, try harder than that!" He laughed whilst she humphed. She finally rolled the dice and she got a six and had officially won the game. In her victory, she stood up tall and proud, her hands lay above her head. She started jumping and began running around the house. Joshua could've easily lost her had he not grabbed her waist before she ran out of the house and god knows where else.

"Okay, calm down. You won, okay. Sit down!" Joshua said, his words cut in between laughs.

"Haha, I won! You lose, ha! I get the chocolate and you get nothing."

And so, their day carried on. Joshua still sulked whilst Olivia ate the chocolate in his face. It was around 9:00 PM.

"In yo face, Josh." She said, laughing.

"Okay, haha. Now get out of the way, I wanna see what happens to Chloe and Daniel!" But all he could do was shout, as she was too busy munching away on her chocolate and dancing in front of the TV. 

"Mm! Tastes, like, victory." With each pause she took, she came closer to his face. She was still smiling her face off. Then, butterflies swarmed her stomach as she felt his touch on her cheek. It was a cold feeling, which sent chills down her spine.

"Do you always eat like that?" He said, as he wiped a bit of chocolate off of her face. She blushed as he licked his finger. 

"Uh, uh. No, uh. I guess I'm sort of hungry...?" She nervously giggled.

"Okay, but I'm only happy cause I got to taste a bit of chocolate, so hah!" He stood up and started jumping around. This time she had to stop him before he got too hyper.

"Okay, let's both calm down and get something to eat. Wanna go grab a snack at the nearest corner shop, or petrol station?"

"Yeah, sure. Why not? I'll go get the keys to my car and we'll set off."

"Okay," She kissed his cheek before slipping on some shoes of his and making her way to the car. When he got in the car, he turned the engine on but stopped. 

"Hey, aren't those my shoes?"

"Yeah, so?"

"Aw, I really like them though!" He said, whining as if though he was still a child.

"So do I, seems like we both got the same taste!" She giggled before signalling him to get going before it gets too late. He began to drive away and pulled into the car park. 

"Shall we both come or...?"

"Yes, let's both go."

"Okay." He said, before locking the car and fiddling with the car keys in his hands.

"Hey, don't do that, you'll lose them."

"Okay," He said.

They entered the store and Joshua immediately began to feel sweaty. He was always paranoid but mostly when he enters a shop at night. He felt like he was being watched. Every step he took, he felt eyes trace the moves he made. He spontaneously grabbed Olivia's hand, like he always used to when they used to date. Every time he did this, she knew it was his paranoia starting to kick in. She'd grasp his hand tightly to let him know that everything was okay. But, when he looked around, there was nobody there. He thought nothing of it and carried on walking, his hand still within grasp of Olivia's. They picked up snacks, ranging from their favourite crisps, (American: Chips) and sweets (American: Candy). They thought that they had picked enough junk to devour later so they made their way to the till. Whilst Joshua waited, Olivia played with her zip as she kicked a stone from the ground. She was getting kind of bored so she asked Joshua before she could leave the store. She made her way into the car and sat down on her phone.

 She sent a picture of her in the car and he texted back saying, "Hello, there's a monster in the back of the car," with a devil emoji at the end. She quickly texted back saying, "Omg, shut up Josh! I'm alone in the car, don't f**king scare me!"

Joshua laughed at her text and was about to send another before his paranoia kicked in, once again. Fucking hell, man. He looked up from the screen and jumped to see a familiar blonde haired girl he'd seen before.

"God, Sabrina. Hey, but you scared the heck outta me!"

She laughed lowly yet happily. 

"Sorry, Joshua. Guess I came unexpectedly eh?"

"Sure did," He began dusting himself to which there was nothing on him. Sabrina noticed this and laughed at him.

"What? This is sort of awkward." He said, nervously chuckling.

"Huh, oh right. Because of the party the other night, huh? Yes, things are awkward right?"

"Tell me about it." They both laughed but Joshua felt a shadow tower over him from behind. Oh no, it was night. There was probably some guy asking for drug money. He nervously turned around to see a face he wishes he'd never seen before. Fucking Adam Faze.

"Ah, what the hell do you want Adam?"

"So you steal my girlfriend and go after my next one."

"We're not dating tho-" Sabrina quickly spoke but was shut up when Adam's huge hand taped her mouth shut.

"Not now, just shut up." He said, angrily.

"Don't touch her."

"Wasn't she the one who you didn't want to talk to and to avoid? Oh, how the tables have tu-"

 Without thinking, Joshua slapped Adam's face. Adam's face was burning red and he looked like a raging bull. He threw a hard punch at Joshua to which he fell to the ground. Adam missed completely. What a shit fighter, imagine him in a boxing match, please...! He got back up on his feet and tried to throw a punch but he was stopped and pulled from behind by security.

"I'll get you for this!"

"Okay, big man." He said, jokingly. "Hey, Sabrina. You should probably-"

"Yeah, I know. I'll sort this out. See you another time? I don't know, sorry about," She looked towards the exit to see the doors open for Adam. "Him." She then left the store and Joshua was once again alone. He'd wondered what the hell had just happened. He stood there silently in the line with all eyes on him. 

Hey guys, sorry for the long wait for this chapter. I've been busy with stuff and yh thank god I dont have school yet but yh imma write some new chapters maybe today and tomorrow and see how everything goes! ilysm bye <3
