[3] They Hug Again

A/N: Hi sorry for not uploading, thank you for the amazing ranks of my story and all the views I've been getting. To say, 2 chapters and 65 views! It's only been a few days since I started this. That's insane! I can't thank u lot enough for the support. Btw, Happy Eid to anyone celebrating! I am so it's hard to write with nails on but I'm trying my best! She smiled but folded the note quickly and put it in the pocket of the scented suit. 

Minutes later, her body guard came back with what she asked for. She came back inside. She sat down on a chair. 

"Ah, yes, nothing better than a glass of hot coco! Thank you very much!"

The body guard nodded as she sipped her hot drink.

She still had his suit on top of her. She felt warm and safe with it on so gripped it tight. But, wasn't it the hot chocolate that made her feel warm. She made it feel like it was him. She smelt it again and had a random outburst of excitement. Adam, who had a towel in his hands, was coming down the stairs and was drying his hair. She put down her hot chocolate and ran to him. She hugged him tight and then let go. He shook his hair about, making her all wet.

"Oh, you dog!" She said laughing.

"Can I be a puppy instead?" He said playing with her hair. He put her hair back and looked confused. He raised a brow as he said, "Who's suit is that?"

She slowly put her hand on the suit, remembering she had it still.

"Oh, a fan gave it to me, yeah, they saw I was cold and offered it to me. But, I couldn't say no 'cause that's rude, right?"

"Fair enough," But she cut him off by saying,

"And, I couldn't have gotten it from you 'cause you were in the shower by then, so" She continued.

"Hey, baby, you don't need to explain yourself, okay? I believe you" And with that he kissed her.

She hugged his cold body and quickly moved away.

"Oh my gosh, you are SO cold. Here let me give you some hot chocolate to warm you up." She quickly ran and didn't notice something fall. He bent over and picked up a note from the ground, which she had dropped.

"Keep the jacket, as long as you want. I'm just happy you feel comfort. Joshua :)" He read out loud.

"What's this?" He said turning his back to face her. He looked angry and Olivia could sense it. Oh, how quickly his mood could change.

"Joshua, you're friend? I thought it was a fan who gave it! Are you lying to me, Liv?"

"Uhm, other people can have the same name as Joshua."

He quickly snapped and said, "Answer the fvcking question, Olivia!"

She jumped as he shouted, with the cup of hot chocolate in her hand. Oh no! She had just spilt it on his brand new clothes. Another note came flying out of her.

"OLIVIA! I JUST TOOK A SHOWER! AND SERIOUSLY ANOTHER NOTE? HOW MANY DID THIS LOVER BOY GIVE YOU?" He picked it up and read, "Hey, I missed u Joshua :)" 

"Babe, look I'm sorry! I didn't mean for that to happen!"

"Of course you did," He shouted, rubbing the stain into his white t-shirt. It was clearly not working so he stopped and looked up at her with raging red eyes. "You got mad because I found out about you're friend! I thought you loved me-"

This was her weak point. That was it. She yelled at him.

"He's just my friend! Why don't you believe me?"

"Oh, so you want me to believe you after you've been lying to my face about your friend? I knew he was into you. The moment I walked into the car door, I just knew. I looked at your faces through the mirrors and you looked happy. Happier than you'd ever looked when you were with me."

"Adam, what are you saying?"

"I'm saying, we should break up,"

"I hate you, Adam! Over this little thing, we're breaking up? I hate you!" She started to cry.

"And when you say 'we should break up'" She imitated his stupid voice. "I, should break your face!" She was so upset that tears started to turn into anger. She'd never been so mad.

"Well, shut up 'cause I'll break your face before you dare to move close to me."

Adam fell to the ground when his cheek turned red. A fist marked on his swollen face. 

"Oh, yeah?" The voice scoffed. "I broke yours first." 

"Joshua," Olivia buried her wet face into his warm chest. He rubbed her back, comfortingly. He gently spoke, "It's gonna be alright, sh" as he wiped her tears away. He grabbed Olivia with him while they left the stupidity in human form on the ground. 

"He didn't deserve you, Liv"

"No, I feel like I didn't deserve him!" 

"Sh, no Liv, it's not your fault!"

"But, can you blame him? Poor guy only wanted to protect me. If I was your girlfriend, wouldn't you have acted the same way?"

Joshua pulled away realising something. "See, that's the thing, your not my girlfriend."

He pushed her away and started to walk away but she caught up with him. 

"Josh, please don't be mad at me again, I hate it when you're mad at me!"

"Oh, so what are you gonna do if I am mad at you?"

"I'll," She said, trying to think of a menacing threat. "I'll, I'll be mad at you if you're mad at me," She nodded and widened her eyes. She raised her brows because she thought that it was perfect comeback. She thought he'd be so scared or impressed so she waited for him to speak.

"Eh, you look cute when you're mad so I don't really mind,"

"What?" She said.

"You know what? I'm not mad, let's forget everything that's happened and we can crash at either of our places, hmm?" He looked at her waiting for her reply.

"Actually, yeah I could use one of those nights, you know, to, take my mind off of things."

"Okay, come on," He pulled her in for a hug and walked away to his house.

All she could think about was how everything happened so fast. Awards, Adam, Joshua. She smacked her head and Joshua turned to her in confusion. 

"Everything okay, Liv?"

"Yeah, I'm fine, just tired."

"Uh, you can sleep at mine,"

"Thank you so much Josh, you are literally the best," She hugged him again, for the 3rd time. He hugged her too, but tighter than he'd done before. He smiled and had a look on his face. He had a face that looked like he was saying, "I finally got the girl."

Joshua looked over the road and saw a person in a black hoodie yet thought nothing of it. The person had disappeared moments later, so why should he care? He decided not to tell Olivia as she would be more frightened then she already was. Frightened of her next relationship, thinking it would be just like this. She thought it was her fault. Bless her. He walked with Olivia, hand in hand. Soon, they got to Joshua's place.
