On my way to the cafeteria to get dinner, I notified a teacher about Shigeru's fall. They went out with a medical team to go rescue him. After getting my meal, curry rice, I joined Yukina and Kouji at one of the tables.

"Yuu! There you are!"

Yukina seemed really happy when I sat down next to her. I put my hands together and gave my thanks for the meal before digging in.

"Where were you yesterday? You didn't join us for dinner..."

"Spicy..."

Yukina pouted at my response. She handed me a carton of milk.

"Here, drink this."

"Thanks."

I opened it and took a sip. Kouji snickered.

"You can't handle spicy food, Takanori-san?"

"I'm okay with it."

Yukina cleared her throat, nudging me in the ribs.

"Ahem... where were you yesterday?"

I shoved a spoonful of curry into my mouth to give me additional time to think of a reasonable excuse. There's no way I could tell her that I was with Oshita...

"I just had some business to take care of. I spent the majority of that evening in the hot springs our group won."

"Can confirm. We even got to see a lot of different sausages that night, heh."

Yukina immediately blushed hearing what Kouji said.

"Oh my..."

"Curious, Kazuraba-san? We even found out who's the biggest."

"I-I'm good, thank you!"

"What a shame. I thought you'd be slightly interested, since, well..."

Kouji's eyes drew slyly towards her breasts.

"Never mind. Hey Takanori-san, could you stop glaring at me like that..."

"...you're more dirty minded than I thought, Kouji-san."

"Isn't every teenage boy a little perverted?"

"I don't think so. Just look at Nora-san for example."

"Eh? He's perverted in a whole different way though, down there."

Kouji pointed at his crotch. Yukina began blushing even harder and waved her hands in front of him.

"Stop! Stop, stop, stop! I didn't need to know that!"

"If my pure image of Nora is ruined, so will yours be too!"

I don't know. Even with that Blaster Blade, I still think Nora is cute.

"So, how did your group do in today's challenge?"

"We did great! We once again managed to come in first, and it's all thanks to Ichinose-san."

"Oh really? What did she do?"

"Well, it's a little complicated to explain... but in short, she singlehandedly changed the entire structure of today's challenge."

When Yukina said that, the gears in my head began turning. I'd never even heard or considered this kind of strategy before myself, so I was trying to think of ways Ichinose could've pulled this off. After some thinking however, I realised what she managed to do.

"...I guess she's not Kaido-senpai's cousin for nothing. She really used her assets well this time."

Kouji, who didn't understand what me and Yukina were referring to, looked lost in the conversation.
