Chapter 3 -

School was almost over thankfully, I was tired of helping people out with their homework. I'm a super busy person and yet I can finish my homework in minutes! Some people need tutors like I've had in the past. The annoucements came on with 15 minutes left to spare.

"Attention grade 11 and 12 students. This coming monday, Montgomery High seniors have been invited to a charity event. The Bridget Sparks Modeling Agency is holding their annual "Stars of the Sparks" show and all local seniors are invited. Please dress nice and be on your best behavior. Have a good weekend!" Click.

I think my eyes couldn't get any widen. The chatter in my classroom just boomed with noise. Everyone was blabbering about meeting the models and seeing cute guys and hot girls. "Hey maybe we'll see Lacy Stewart!" They glanced at me, "The model.. I mean." I shook my head. Of course they will see me! It's my agency!

Why didn't Ron tell me this?! I had no idea this was happening! Crap, now I really need to think this over. Maybe I can drop out of the show... Never mind, mother would kill me! I forgot she was hosting it and I was one of the main models! Shit... I'm screwed.

The bell rung and I quickly got out of there. I couldn't go home yet, I needed to study and if I went home I'm positive I'd run into Aaron. He always tries to meet me after a shoot. He needs to understand that we will never happen again, I don't want to bring up the past with him. It was ugly. I walked  in the direction of the football field to sit on the bleachers. I grabbed my white iPhone and dialed Ron.

"Hello?" He picked up.

"Ron, it's Lacy... you really need caller ID." I laughed as I walked.

"Oh, yeah I know... one step atta time darlin'. Whatcha need?"

"You were supposed to call me with the details for the show? And save the part about my school coming." I looked around to make sure no one was following me, as I jumped up onto the bleacher.

"I was about to call... I didn't know the schools were coming for the charity event, sorry Lace."

"What am I gonna do? I can't go with the school, what if someone thinks it's suspicious that I'm not there?" I sat on the middle bench, putting my bag down.

"Just don't go on Monday, besides all weekend you have to set up and choose your outfits. Also you have a massage and mani-pedi set up on Saturday. You don't have time to worry about school Lacy."

"Yeah yeah, I'll talk to you tomorrow." I hung up, and tucked my phone into my pocket. I pulled out my textbook to start reading up on Biology. It was my favourite class this semester. I loved learning about living organisms. Something about it just interests me. I wanted to listen to some music, so I closed my book, and began to search for my iPod.

"LOOK OUT!"

I looked up and was suddenly flung off the bench down to the footbench behind me. I felt an instant head ache coming on. I finally noticed the football that now laid on my stomach. I attempted to sit up but everything spun, so I laid back down. The sun was so bright so I squinted my eyes to see. Suddenly the sun was gone and I was in the shade. A huge shadow hovered over me. "Shit, are you okay? I'm super sorry, my team mate has terrible aim." His voice was deep, and soothing. I was just staring at this figure I couldn't exactly see. "Lemme help you up." He leanned down and wrapped his arm around my back, and swinging my legs over the bench, then pulling me up to sit on the bench. He sat infront of me and I could finally see him.

His dark brown hair was gelled up at the front, and his deep brown eyes were staring directly into my blue eyes. His face was dripping in sweat, but his mouth was in a half smirk. He could see I was looking him up and down. He was as well, but I wasn't much to look at me. My glasses and retainer, with my gorgeous hair tied into an ugly ponytail.

"Hi." I smiled slightly at him. He was unbelievably good looking.

He laughed to himself a bit, "Hi." He smiled fully this time, revealing perfect white teeth. He lifted his hand and put it gently on my forehead. "Does it hurt? It doesn't look like it'll bruise.. it's just slightly red..." He examined it. His hands were soft and warm, and huge. Even with him sitting on the bench below, he towered over me.

"I just have a headache." I looked up at him. He smiled.

"Well, do you have a car? I'll walk you there."He stood up. Holy crap. He was built like crazy. His jersey was blue and black. It was delicious. I nodded and stood up. Suddenly I swayed backwards but he caught me with his hand on my back.

"Thanks." Oh god, I was blushing. He grabbed my hand and the football, leading me down the bleachers and he lifted me off the last bench.

"One sec," He held up a finger. "Hey! Do a round while I'm gone!" He yelled over to the other players on the field, and spirled the football a clear 25 feet. He was really good. He grabbed my hand again and we started walking.

"Where's you car?" He asked looking at me slightly.

"Just in the close parking lot." I pointed to the parking lot that was less than 20 feet away.

"Oh and by the way, I'm Rosco Dean, captain of the football team." He grinned widely at me, with that perfect smile.

"I'm Lacy Stewart." I smiled back, not staring for too long.

"It's that the name of a famous model in the city?" He looked at me.

"Yeah, I have the same name, aha it's weird. I'm a nobody, and she's famous." I tried to hard to change the subject.

"Nah, model or not, you seem cool." My mind went blank. That's the first time I've ever heard that. He didn't call me weird, and looking me up and down confused. I walked up to my car and put the keys in the door to open it. He stood at the hood completely confused. "Holy shit, you drive a Porsche?!" He yelled so loudly. He's lucky that school had already finished.

"Yeah... my mom got it for me." I leanned in and turned on the car. I forgot that the radio was super loud like normal, and Kiss You by One Direction blasted super loud. And unfortunately I love that song! I looked up at Rosco and he was laughing his ass off.

"Oh my god, you sure are funny. Dancing to One Direction, I bet you dance while you drive." He ran his hand through his hair. I blushed slightly.

"Guilty." I held up my hands. The song ended and it was finally quiet.

"Well, I gotta get back to practice, see ya 'round Lace!" He waved and jogged off back to the field. I think I stood there stunned for a few minutes. I finally sat in my car and hit the replay button. Holy crap. What just happened?
