after a long time we finally found something to draw, it was a dahlia. a flower no one has seen yet because they are so hard to grow and i guess we have one in the garden. good thing is no one has seen it yet because they're all busy with their drawing and it's on the other side of the garden

hyunjin was drawing first while i just sat on the floor waiting for him to be done so i can do something, i love nature and animals. it makes me so happy for some reason and this garden is so beautiful it had all different types of plants

we used to live in a place where we would grow flowers and plants and it was awesome, until we had to move and leave everything behind and now our backyard is too small to make a garden which is why i love coming to the garden from school it reminds me so much about the garden i had

it's just my happy place

"soomi!" i heard my name be called and i looked up and saw hyunjin looking at me "oh my god finally, stop zoning out it's your turn" he said handing me his drawing book and pencil and i got up

"what the hell hyunjin you basically did everything already" i said annoyed

"because i want a good grade. just do the details" he said taking out his phone and started typing away

i rolled my eyes and just started shading it and doing more details, there wasn't much to do i only had to do the shading of the colors and it was so boring i wanted to draw something not shade.

after a while i finally finished and handed it to hyunjin "that good enough?" i said as he scanned it with his eyes

"it's not bad, but good for an A" he said as he lowered his hand with the book and started walking back inside the school

i noticed that we were the only ones left "has it really been that long?" i said to myself as i walked to our class

hyunjin was already in there so i was the only one left and when i walked in everyone just looked at me, i hate when people look at me i hate attention so much it gives me anxiety so i put my head down and quickly walked to my sit and snuck in it

"took you long enough" he said not looking up

my heart was still pounding so much because of all the eyes on me but i finally started calming down

finally the hell rang after so long i pushed my chair back as i got up and was about to leave when the teacher said my name

"soomi, hyunjin come here for a second" our art teacher said as i gave him a confused look

we walked over to his desk and waited for all the students to leave

after everyone left he took out the picture we did at the garden "do you see what i see?" he asked as he had the paper up

"an amazing picture?" hyunjin said

"yeah. but the thing that's missing is soomis part of the drawing" he said looking at hyunjin

"what do you mean she did do stuff" hyunjin said confused

"hyunjin i know the difference from all my students and all of this, is you, and soomi just did the shading and details. this project was supposed to be 50/50 not 90 you and 10 soomi. i want you guys to go back out there and do it even this time. got it?" he asked looking at us both

"right now?" i asked

"if you want a good grade then yes." he said and i sighed
