Charlie POV

Waking up next to Nick was my idea of heaven. Since he came home a week ago, we'd slept at each other's houses every night. Mostly at his place for two reasons. Firstly he has a double bed which is easier to share. And secondly my parents are still a bit wary of Nick staying over even though we're both adults. If we were going to universities that were closer together, we'd be looking at moving in together.

When I wake up on Saturday morning, I immediately snuggle myself closer into Nick's chest and he unconsciously tightens his arm around me. His arms have gotten bigger over the last year due to his playing rugby more at Uni. I'm definitely not complaining. His chest is bare, a result of last night being so warm so I turn my head to start trailing kisses across his chest, working my way up to his neck where I begin to work a little more, nibbling and sucking on the sensitive patch of skin. I felt him start to stir underneath me and I can't help a small smile.

"Mm, good morning." His voice was heavy from sleep, deeper and huskier than usual. It was incredibly sexy.

"Good morning, sleepyhead." I pulled away from his neck, admiring my work for a moment before looking to his face. I'm not sure how, but he looked even more beautiful in the mornings, his eyes bright and hair all messy.

"That was a lovely way to wake up." He leaned up for a kiss which I gladly returned, allowing him to pull me down to lay on him.

"You're cute in the morning." I told him when we parted. "How do you do that?"

"Says you. Look at those curls." He ruffled my hair which I knew would be a total mess already and I pulled away.

"Ugh, don't mess them more." He just laughed and pulled me back down for another kiss. I humored him for a little while before sitting up. "We should get up if we want to get to the city today."

I made to climb over him but he caught his arms around my waist, trapping me.

"Nick!"

"Let's just stay in bed all day. I'll bet I can think of plenty of ways to keep us entertained."

"As fun as that sounds, your mum is home," I reminded him, "I don't think she'd appreciate hearing your suggestion."

"Ugh." He groaned and let his arms loosen a little.

"Besides, I want to go into London. I want to get a few things." I leaned down to peck his lips with a light kiss, "But we can shower together first, if you like."

He didn't have to say anything for me to know how he felt about that. I smirked and climbed off him, going over to the drawer in his dresser where I kept a few spare clothes. I could hear him shuffling around behind me, searching for clothes from the floor and straightening the bed covers. When we both had clothes in hand, he peeked out the door to check the coast was clear before quickly darting out towards the bathroom. I followed behind, making sure to lock the bathroom door once we were inside. I paused, seeing him looking in the mirror, fingers brushing over the red mark I'd made.

"You're getting good at that." He said, noticing me in the mirror.

"Hm. I need to choose a better place though. You're not going to be able to hide that one very well."

"I guess so. Must be payback. I've left some pretty decent ones on you." I smiled, remembering the first time he'd left a mark on me in Paris. It had been embarrassing at first but after Nick revealed to our friends that he was the one who'd given me a hickey and basically came out to everyone, it wasn't so bad. "Your parents are going to hate it though."

"They need to get over it. We've been dating for three years now. They can't seriously believe all we do is kiss like in a PG movie." I rolled my eyes and reached over to turn on the shower.
