Nick POV
I should have married Charlie the day that we met. Being married to him now, even only for three days so far, is the best feeling in the world.
I wake up to a sharp pain on my hip and it takes me a moment to register the soft lips against my skin in the same place, my eyes opening to see the top of Charlie's head as he nips and kisses at my skin. He must sense that I'm awake because he looks up at me, a cheeky glint in his eye.
"Good morning, husband." He says. He's said those words to me every morning for the last three days and I can't get enough of it. I say it back.
"Good morning to you, too, husband." I reach down to pull him up so I can kiss him. He settles himself on top of me, tangling our legs together as I wrap my arms around him. Our lips move against each other slowly and I feel him push his hips against me, letting me know what he wants.
"Nick..." He breathes, lips pulling away from mine ever so slightly. "I want you."
"I know, baby." My hands drift to his naked ass, gripping lightly as I let a finger trace around his entrance. I'm just about to dip my finger inside when we're interrupted by a phone ringing beside our heads.
The hotel's courtesy wake-up call. I'm partly regretting having agreed to use the service when we checked in last night. But we'd guessed it would be helpful to make sure we were up in time to catch our flight. Neither of us thought we'd be awake before the call.
Letting go of Charlie, I reach to pick up the handset, bringing it to my ear.
"Yes?"
"Mr Nelson, this is your courtesy wake-up call."
"We're up, thank you."
"Have a lovely day." There's a click on the other and of the line and I put the phone away, turning back to Charlie who has rolled off me and is sitting on the edge of the bed, pulling his pants on.
"Oi, who said you could get dressed?" I ask, reaching over to wrap an arm around his waist and pull him back to me.
"We've got to get up, Nick. Otherwise we'll miss our flight." He says, letting out a laugh when I start to scatter kisses across his shoulder blades.
"Mm, we could always miss the flight and just stay here for the next two weeks. No-one needs to know." I let my fingers dance over his stomach lightly and he leans back against me.
"I would spend every day in bed with you Nick, but I really want to have an actual honeymoon with you." He twists his head to kiss me.
"Fine. But as soon as we get to the hotel in Turkey, we're going straight to bed." My hand rests over the zipper of his jeans as he kisses me again but he pulls it away and moves off the bed, giving me a look that I know is meant to mean I need to behave. But it's hard to behave when he looks like that and I have the knowledge that he's all mine.
I flop back against the pillows, resting one arm above my head and the other across my stomach. It's my left hand resting on my stomach and I'm suddenly aware of the cool metal of my wedding band against my skin and I let out a sigh of happiness.
"Nick, come on." Charlie says after a while, fully dressed as he kneels on the bed beside me, just far enough away that I can't pull him closer. "I know what you're trying to do."
"I'm not doing anything."
"You are. You're trying to convince me to get back into bed with you." He's not wrong, I do want him to come back to bed.
"Is it working?"
"Hm, maybe just a little." He leans closer to kiss me. I use the moment to grab onto the back of his shirt to pull him down on top of me and deepen the kiss. He reciprocates for a few minutes but then pulls away again. "Now, can you please get up so we can go to the airport?"
"Fine. But you owe me when we get to Turkey."
"I'll give you anything you want." He promises, crossing the room to his suitcase.
I get off the bed finally and stretching my arms over my head, not missing how Charlie tries to sneak a peak at me. Smiling, I take my time getting dressed before I go to help Charlie zip his suitcase closed. He does a quick once over of the room to make sure we haven't left anything behind and then goes to grab the handle of his suitcase but I'm quicker.
"Nope. I've got this. If you must carry something, you can take that bag." I point at the small backpack we're using as a carry-on.
"You can't carry both the big suitcases, Nick."
"I can and I will." I tell him, picking up both suitcases. Charlie lets out a little gasp and I know he's watching my arms again. I know how to get him riled up.
"Let's just go." He mumbles, holding the door open for me.
**********
I can't lie and say that carrying those suitcases is easy, but the looks Charlie gives me every time I pick them up, and the way he bites his lip, is enough to keep me going, all the way to our hotel room in Cappadocia. Dropping those damn bags to the floor, I let Charlie drag me to the bed, the both of us shedding our clothes along the floor until we're both naked under the sheets, legs tangled together as we move slowly, our love for each other guiding our movements.
Charlie is everywhere; inside me, on top of me, his hands in my hair, on my face, touching every inch of skin he can reach. I preen at his touches, arching my back under him and dig my fingers into his back desperate to bring him closer to me. Sex has never felt as good with Charlie as it has in the last few days since we got married. It's a whole new feeling, knowing we are tied together, unbreakable.
After, he falls asleep in my arms and I lay there, listening to his slow breathing as I trace light patterns over his back. There are red marks there already from my fingers. I felt so guilty the first time I realised I'd actually left marks on him like that but he shook his head, telling me he liked it, liked the feeling when I clung to him so desperately and liked feeling the slight pain when he moved later and could feel the sensation across his skin. I know how that feels. I've always loved having him claw at me.
Being married to Charlie is the best feeling in the world. The only way I can describe it is pure bliss.
