20. to build a home

6 months later

Julie's pov.
I'am in a changing room in a shop and try on some new jeans. Luke peeks in through the curtain and watches me.
"This one doesn't fit me!" I sigh and sit down on a little chair. Luke comes in and looks at the jeans.
"This is the size i usually always wear!" I feel embarrassed. I really gained weight.
"Don't worry hun I'll find you some different jeans" he kisses my nose and walks out. A while later he comes back with some new jeans and I try them on.
"Look it fits perfect!" He takes my hand and spins me around.
"I don't like it" I sigh and he takes my face in his hands.
"Julie you are beautiful no matter the size" I kiss him.
"I should just eat less" I say and he gives me a serious look.
"No you don't Jules. You are perfect the way you are" I hug him and he rubs my back.
"So do we buy these?" He asks and I nod.
"Perfect!" He takes my hand and the jeans and we buy them.
"Do you want to go to this store?" He points at something and I shake my head.
"Can we go home? I'm tired" I ask and he nods.
"Of course"

At home I lay down in bed and take a long good nap!

Luke's pov.
I walk into Julie's room. What she is still asleep? It's been freaking 3 hours! I lay next to her and rub her arm she moves and looks in my eyes.
"Good morning koala" i tap her nose and she smiles at me.
"How long did I sleep?" She asks and looks at her phone.
"What!" She sits up and sighs.
"Longest nap ever" I laugh and sit next to her.
"No last week i took a 4 hour nap" she giggles but suddenly turns serious.
"What's wrong babe?" I ask and she takes my hand.
"I don't know-"
"DINNER!" we hear from downstairs and jump up to eat!
"Oh my god! Lasagna!" She dances around the kitchen and then sits down next to me.
"Just for you" Reggie laughs and we say a prayer and eat. Julie eats 3 whole plates and I smile at her.
"That was sooo good" she sighs.
"I saw" Reggie laughs and cleans up the table. Soon after that Julie runs upstairs without staying to play cards like we always do on a friday night.
So i walk upstairs to search for her and find her in her room looking at herself in the mirror. I hug her from behind and lean my chin on her head.
"What are you doing babe?" I ask and she sighs.
"Something is wrong" she says and I let go and look in her mirror self.
"Why?"
"I don't know"

The next day.

Julie's pov.
I vomit right in the toilet.
"Ewww" I sigh and sit down with my back on the wall. I look at the box next to me. -pregnancy test- it says and i fight with the tears. I bought one this morning just in case. I take the test out the box and read the instructions. Okay Julie just pee on it. It's simple. I do what it says and then I lay the test backwards on the cabinet and sit on the closed toilet seat and wait 2 min. what feels like 29min the timer finally went off and I take the pregnancy test. Please be negative please be negative I pray and turn it around. It says a big and clear POSITIVE I cover my mouth with my hand and cry. That explains everything. Why the shorts don't fit anymore and why I always vomit and sleep a lot. But I'am NOT ready to have baby. I'm only 17 how in the world am i going to do this. Why does bad things always happen to me?! Maybe it's wrong! So i take another one but again it says POSITIVE! My hands shake as I wipe away some tears.
I cry until i hear someone knocking on the bathroom door.
"Jules?" It's Alex.
"Yeah"
"Are you okay you've been in there for 30min" he says and I sigh. Should i tell him? No I can't Luke should know first.
"I'm good" I say.
"Okay but can i come in I have to get read for me and Willies date" I quickly hide the tests behind my back and walk out.
"Hey you okay?" Alex saw my crying face.
"Sure" I say and run into my bedroom sitting on bed crying again. Until i hear Luke walking in and he sits next to me and rubs my back.
"Oh Luke" I cry and he hugs me.
"What happend?"
"You are going to hate me" I cry and he looks shock.
"Why?"
"You are going to leave me"
"I would never do that dummie" he laughs but goes serious as he sees my face.
"Sorry" he says and kisses my forehead.
"What's wrong babe?" He asks and I shake my head.
"You know that I love you and i understand if you want to break up after i told you" I cry.
"Julie! What happend you are making me nervous"
I take his hand and put in the test. He looks confused and shock as he reads what it says.
"I'm so sorry" i cry
"Is- is this yours?" He mumbles and I nod.
"Please don't leave me" I cry and he hugs me tight.
"Oh Julie. I'm not going to leave you" he says also crying.
"W- how?" He looks at the test.
"I don't know I always took birth control!" I cry
"Hey it's not your fault! I mean that's huge and weird and just amazing but crazy and I'm happy" I look up as he says that and cry a little more.
"You are not mad?"
"Why should i?"
"I mean we're only 17 and 18 and i don't think i can do that" I say and he takes my hands.
"We got this! Together okay?"
"Okay"
"My dad is going to kill us" I say and he nods.

Later at night i lay in bed with my hands on my stomach. Crazy that there is a human growing inside me. And I fell love. So much love for a baby that isn't even here yet, i didn'tknow about a few hour ago. And then I get scared like super scared. I mean what is going to happen? I can't do this. I'm so young! I jump up and run into the studio where the boys sit around and talk. I hug Luke and cry he rubs my back.
"What's wrong?" He whispers in my ear and I cuddle even tighter.
"Could you leave us alone for a bit please" he tells the guys and we sit down on the couch.
"I-i can't do this Luke! I'm 17! I don't have a job and I'm not even finished with high-school! I don't have a house and money we need! I can't care for a baby" I cry and he wipes away my tears.
"Oh Julie. We can do this together okay? It's going to be hard and a long ride but we have eachother and our families."
I finally calm down a little and sigh.
"It's going to be okay!" He whispers in my ear and we walk upstairs in my room where he covers me with a blanket and then lays next to me. We stare at my pineapple lamps again like we always do after a long crazy day.
"Can I?" He asks and looks at my stomach.
"Sure" I say and he puts his hand on my stomach his thumb rubs over my belly.
"Know we know why my shorts didn't fit me anymore" i explain and Luke places a kiss on my stomach. It tickles and i giggle.
"We got this Jules" he says and kisses me. What would i do without him?
