I was stun. Mainly shock, Callum knew he wasn't lying, and so far, I couldn't process it. Kahit na isang araw ako pinalabas sa hospital at nag home care ako for a few weeks, I had my rage and anger towards the person who bumped me that night. Out of all the people sa mundo, yung boyfriend ko pa ang suspek.
"I'm sorry Claudio, I'm sorry" he knelt as Claudio just looked down to him.
Claudio was slightly disappointed when all those times they were together, hindi man niya sinabi sa kaniya.
"I am not a medical student, I'm just an asshole who was given a chance para maipalayo ang sarili na makulong dahil sa ginawa niya" he cried even more.
"Jaxx didn't do anything, I begged him to not tell the authorities. My life is a mess Claudio, I really don't deserve you" Claudio knelt to his level and held his chin.
"So ikaw talaga ang bumangga sa akin?" Claudio coldly asks as Callum gulped.
Claudio took out his phone and gave it to him.
"Tawagan mo" he says.
"W-what? Sino?"
"Yung pulis, tawagan mo?"
Callum couldn't believe it, he would turn him in without hesitation. Pero it's for the best nalang, and with that, he dialed the number and waited for someone to answer it.
"Hello? Mr. Vergera, napatawag ka?" The phone asks as Callum gulped.
"S-sir-"
"End my investigation chief. On second thought, hindi ko itutuloy ang sampa ng kaso. I should forgive the one who ran me over" Claudio spoke as Callum's eyes widened.
"P-pero sir-"
"The incident happened so long ago, hindi ko alam kung bakit obsessed parin ako. Focus na sa case nina Livescuz at De Los Santos. Just call me updates sa kanila", he ended the call.
"What? You thought I was gonna turn you in?" Claudio gently smiled.
"Pero- I made a crime"
Claudio showed him a message. It was a text from Santi as Callum couldn't believe it.
"I should thank Eric siguro" Claudio says.
"W-why would you do that?"
"Because without him, I wouldn't meet you in this messy way"
"Magulo man ang tadhana natin, pero I'm glad you were the one" He cups his cheeks.
"Every damn time I look in those beautiful eyes of yours, I always see a glimpse" He says.
"Ako rin" Callum whispers
"I saw..."
"A glimpse of us" they whispered together as they slightly chuckled as Callum licked his lips.
"So, will you forgive me?" Callum asks.
"Yoko, hindi mo sinabi sa akin ng early pa" Claudio pouts.
Callum then kisses his nose as Claudio blushed.
"How about now?" Callum eyes gleamed as Claudio laughed and hugged him.
"You're literally the most corniest person ever Mr. Hernandez"
"Shut up wonderbitch" they pulled away.
"Pero promise me ha, no more secrets" Claudio asks as napalingon siya sa box.
"What? What is it?"

Claudio was still in shock as they opened the box, Callum slightly traumatized from it.
