Chapter Four

"How you feeling today?" I asked Clara as she rubbed her head.

"Better, thank you" she replied.

I smiled and hugged her shoulder.

"So are you gonna go on that date?" I asked.

"What date?" She asked.

"Didn't you get a date last weekend" I said clearing my throat.

"Oh I don't think so, he's kind of an asshole" she replied.

Yes.

"Oh" I spoke.

She nodded and smiled.

"You wanna go get some pizza?" She asked.

"Sure"

We headed out to my car and drove to the pizza parlor. we talked and laughed mostly about school stuff.

"Did you write a new song yet?" She asked.

"I did actually and it's about this girl I met" I said happily.

"Is it?" She said smirking.

I chuckled and blushed. Yeah it's about you.

"Who's it about?" she asked.

I paused and cleared my throat.

"Her name is Andrea, I've been talking to her for a while now" I lied.

"Well that's awesome, I'm glad you're settling down" she said taking a bite.

I nodded confused.

"can I hear it?" she asked

I widened my eyes.

"It's not really ready yet" I replied.

She smirked and nodded.

"Oh alright"
