Another day has ended and a new one starts.

Everyone has been bustling in the streets early in the morning. Nadia and Asra are with Procurator Volta at the markets while Muriel is with Lucio at the Coliseum and Julian is with Valdemar.

"And I'm alone to deal with Lucio." I said to myself, walking towards the coliseum.

"Y/n!" I turn around to see Selasi bringing a tray of freshly baked pumpkin bread.

The scent of pumpkin bread overwhelms my senses. It smells sweet and earthy.

"Got ye yer favourite bread out."He said showing the tray of bread infront of me.

I smile at him with gratefulness.

"Awh~thank you Selasi!" I said watching Selasi wrap the bread.

"It's nothing for my favorite customer." Selasi winks while laughing at me, giving me the wrapped pumpkin bread.

He then gives me his hand that has burnt marks on them.

"Help out an old friend will you?" He said shaking his hands lightly.

I smile and grabbed his hands. I rub my thumbs over his hands and blowing some air slightly, making the burnt marks fade.

 "There."

I pat his hands before he retracts his hands with a proud smile looking at his healed wounds.

"Thank you Y/n." He says smiling.

"You're welcome, Selasi." I said giving a small bow.

I quickly place the wrapped up bread in my satchel. I reached in for coins and then Selasi's voice stsrled me.

"No no no. Don't pay me. Healing my burns is enough." He said.

"Are you sure, Selasi?" I asked him.

He smiles and nods, "Go give em coins to someone else in need. I believe kindness should be passed on to other people to."

I took the coins and placed it in my pocket.

"Alright Selasi. But next time I'm going to pay." I said waving goodbye to Selasi.

 "You're a good egg, Y/n." He laughs.

I made my way to the coliseum passing wonderful stalls and shops. Among the crowd, I see a little girl looking hungrily at the fried foods infront of her.

"Please mister. Can I atleast get a piece? I'm so hungry." The girl whined.

I stopped in my tracks to see the vendor looking frustrated.

"Look, yer a beggar and you're filthy. You're driving away my customers! I don't give people like you free food. You'll just keep on begging!" The vendor said angrily pushing the girl away.

The little girl winces and I immediately approached her.

"Are you okay little one?" I asked, not getting too close.

She looks up at me with tears in her eyes and I knew instantly she was hurt. Not physically but, emotionally.

"Mommy and my two little brothers are hungry like me...and we have no money..." the little girl cries.

I stood up and went to the vendor.

"How much for half of what you just cooked?" I asked.

The vendor scoffs and then looks at me up and down like I couldn't afford it. Then, he looks at the little girl behind me.
