A/N:
So I wanted to write this little note because I believe there's many new lovelies reading this book, who aren't used to my work, so I just want to say something really quick before we start reading.

When I write my stories, it takes a long time for the characters to feel a sincere or genuine sentimental bond for each other, or at least for it to build up like that. I like taking my time with it. With that being said, I also like to be realistic with my stories. If you're expecting Jikook to be falling in love in two weeks with Jimin only showing in color and only seeing their interacts when they don't like either other in a romantic way, then this is not the story for you. If you're only here for Jikook and don't care about what happens outside the ship, this story is not for you either.

Like in life we have many things that happens to us, and what rotates around the life of these characters are so so important for their development; Yoongi, Taehyung, the fact they're in college, sports, the team - if I'm mentioning it, it's because it's important to include for the main characters. It impacts their behavior and attitude with others and each other. You have to read deeper with this story, not just based on what's on the outside. Everything that's mentioned is so important to keep in mind. If you don't care about that and only care about the ship, this book isn't for you.

This story is more than just a ship story, and I want you guys to focus on the plot, since I believe it holds a powerful message about coping and mental health.

At one point, this story will get a little toxic, that's why I want you guys to see this as a plot rather than a ship, since I don't want you guys to justify some behaviors just because of the ship.

Just keep this in mind.

I hope you all are enjoying the story thus far though.

Thank you for reading! <33

Colors - Halsey

"So..... You want to know.... I'm sorry, this caught me by surprise - So you want to know what type of sex partner I am for each color?"

Jungkook blinks to Jimin's phrasing of his question, feeling an awkward rush suddenly blaze his skin - and it doesn't help that Jimin is staring at him, attentively, entirely serious by this topic.

Well shit, way to make this feel more awkward than it needs to be.

Gulping thickly now to swallow his embarassment, Jungkook nods, "Mhm."

"Don't prefer the element of surprise?"

"I just don't want to cross boundaries," Jungkook admits, meaning it, "I don't want to do something that'll make you feel comfortable as one color, but for the other it doesn't."

Jimin stares at Jungkook quietly, letting his words sink in his head, right before he twitches a small smile in disbelief and glances to his lap.

He wasn't expecting that.

"You're too good to be true sometimes."

"What?"

Jimin snaps his eyes back to him, now filled with bright stars with a sheepishly smile, right before he removes his legs from Jungkook's lap to sit on it instead, staring down at Jungkook's eyes with that gaze.
