"Ryder?!" Ashton yelled completely confused, he wasn't sure if he was supposed to run or if he was hallucinating. "What the hell is happening?"
Ashton looked at Ryder with big eyes, his eyes running down his body before he tore his eyes off him at lightning speed when he saw that Ryder was standing in front of him nude.
"Don't freak out okay" Ryder said with his hands in front of him while he moved towards Ashton who was up against a wall.
"Can.. Can you at least put something on...?" Ashton murmured with closed eyes.
"Shit" Ryder said as he looked down, he had momentarily forgotten that he was naked because he was so focused on Ashton.
Ryder looked around in the living room and saw a blanket not too far from him on the couch. He moved with quick steps towards the blanket and when he had the blanket in his hands he tied it around his waist, but he had to hold it so it would stay up.
"Okay you can look now" Ryder said watching Ashton as he slowly opened his eyes and looked at him with frightened eyes.
"What the fuck is happening?! Wh-wha-what are you?" Ashton asked, trying to be calm but it didn't completely work.
"I'm a werewolf," Ryder simply said. He wanted to tell Ashton everything about him and werewolves but he didn't want to overwhelm him at all and he wasn't entirely sure that Ashton could handle it at the moment.
"I kind off figured that out, when you turned into a fucking human moron" Ashton yelled throwing his hands up.
"Okay, okay sorry. I don't really know what else to tell you. I don't want to throw everything on you" Ryder calmly said.
Ashton took a couple of deep breaths and closed his eyes for a moment before opening them again. "You are just dreaming Ashton, wake the fuck up" Ashton mumrued to himself, thinking that Ryder couldn't hear him but he could with his werewolf hearing.
"Sorry to tell you, but you aren't dreaming" Ryder said slowly.
"I'm not even going to ask how you knew that. But what the fuck is actually happening? How are you even real?" Ashton asked as he moved towards the couch next to Ryder.
Ryder sat down a little further away from him on the couch so he didn't feel pressured about what they were going to be talking about. Ryder let out a soft sigh and closed his eyes briefly before opening them and made eye contact with Ashton.
"I don't really know how to start this conversation, it's not something I imagined doing so soon," Ryder said, making Ashton nod. "Well my mom who is human met my dad who is a werewolf. So when they got married they became alpha and luna of the pack, so they were in charge. Later they had me and my siblings."
"What is an alpha and luna? And what do you mean by pack?" Ashton asked, looking confused.
"An Alpha is the top of the hierarchy so my dad is making tough decisions for the pack and makes sure everyone is safe. A Luna can also be called alpha female in the pack, but it's almost the same thing as an alpha but they kind of have different jobs. In our pack there are around 200 wolves, most people live in a pack house together and some people live in houses or apartments in the area like myself." Ryder explained.
"Wow... that's a lot of information" Ashton murmured blinking a couple of times while looking at Ryder.
Ryder chuckled a little before nodding. "There is something else I need to tell you..." Ryder said slowly, making Ashton frown a little and look confused.
"There is something called mates," Ryder said.
"Like soulmates.. or mates as friends?" Ashton asked.
"Like soulmates," Ryder answered carefully.
