Sighing, I get off my bed and change into tan cargo pants, a cream top, a brown flannel, grey converse, and some accessories. Then, I grab my bag and walk to Jeremy's room. After I knock, he opens his bedroom door and gives me a huge hug before I head off to Mystic Falls.

Once again, I am passing the Welcome to Mystic Falls sign. Hey, Soul Sister playing on the car stereo when I pull into the Mystic Grill. I put the car in park and jump out, locking it before going in.
"Matty!" I run up to him and look around, seeing no one else is here.
"Lia! I've missed you! Try to find me at homecoming, alright? I want to hang out with you," he tells me. I agree and Bonnie comes rushing in the door.
"Ahhhh! How are you, my homecoming date?" She asks teasingly.
"I'm alright," I respond. I pull her into a hug and we rock side to side.
Once again, people come rushing in. Turning, I see Ollie, Stefan, and Tyler. I am immediately picking up Care and spinning her around as we laugh.
"No hug for me?" Tyler questions.
I sigh and walk over to him, startled by him picking me up and spinning me around. "Missed you, toilet bowl of diarrhea after I eat lots of dairy."
"Blegh." He puts me down and pushes me away playfully.
I turn to Stefan and he just awkwardly holds his hand up for a high five. I clap my hand with his and slide into one of the booths. Tyler, Ollie, Stefan, Matt, and Bon follow suit. We all order our food and spend the rest of breakfast laughing and catching up.
We split up, Matt, Bonnie, and Tyler having to help Care with the hoco decorations. I walk out to my car and drive Stefan and I to the boarding house. We unbuckle and get out of the car, walking in the front door. "Beks?" I call out.
"Amelia!" I watch her come racing down the stairs, stopping in front of me. "You ready?"
Nodding, I reply, "Yup." She speeds us to a beautiful open space in the forest covered in flowers of all colors. We sit in the grass and I start the conversation. "Do you wanna get ready for homecoming with Caroline and I? She already said it would be fine," I assure her.
"Maybe... who's going to be there?"
"Just Care and I," I smile.
"Alright, what the hell?" She agrees. "What are you planning on doing during homecoming?"
"Hanging out? Sneaking away from people so I don't have to make awkward small talk? I don't know," I answer half-jokingly. "I am performing, Tyler asked me to for Care apparently... What about you? What's going on in that supernatural brain of yours?"
She chuckles and says, "Well... My father is planning on killing Nik tonight. I helped and I kind of feel guilty about it. You can't tell anyone this okay?"
