Lost Worlds (a zodiac story)

     "Glad to see you guys finally came down" Corvus said as he sat down in front of a table filled with food.  "So you're gonna be late everytime or it's a one time thing"

They all seemed confused wondering why he would be mad.
"We're only like ten minutes late" Virgo pointed out as she raised a brow at him.

"I don't tolerate tardiness" Corvus growled sipping on his coffee.

"Um.....exxuse me sir" Libra raised his hand. "But you were late when we first met" he uttered as Corvus choked on his coffee making most of them to chuckle.

Corvus kept the cup down and fiddled with his fingers. "Aren't you hungry" he deflected. "Eat something"

Most of them ran to the table while the others strutted.

"Good thing, cause I was so hungry I could eat a cow.......and it's sister" Taurus exaggerated as she took a sit.

"You sure about that" Pisces asked.

"Wanna bet"

Moment later of endless eating they were finally done.

"Stars be my witness,  we'll never eat again in out lives" Gemini said tapping his filled stomach.

"Speak for yourself teddy bear" Taurus said grabbing the last chicken breast.

"Okay, you're free to do whatever you want now" Corvus stretched. "Training starts tomorrow"

"What do we do now" Leo asked as she looked at everyone.

Corvus shrugged nonchalantly as he pinched his nose. "I don't know, get to know each other I guess"

They watched as he went up the stairs.  "And please only call me for very....I repeat very important reasons, I'm going to meditate" he said.

"So, who's going first" Aquarius asked after a moment of silence.

"Me" Gemini raised his hand.
"Seriously no one" Scorpio crossed her arms.

"I just said me" Gemini tried again.

"How about you go first since nobody wants to" Virgo urged Scorpio.

"I'm not the one with invisibility" Gemini waved his hands wildly.

"Hi, I'm Scorpio, and you'll get to know me gradually"

"Okay, who's next" Virgo said.

"Me, Gemini I'm next"

"I'd like to go next" Libra smiled. "I'm Libra and I like to stay out of trouble, so I'd like to go home now"

Everyone laughed at his statement and Aquarius insisted on going next.

"I'm Aquarius and I don't like strawberry jam"

"Why, it's so delicious" Cancer asked.

"Cause once when I was a kid,  I ate five jars" Aquarius gagged. "I've never tasted it again"

"Can I go now plea....." Gemini was cut off by Leo.

"I'm Leo but you can refer to me as 'your majesty' " she said crossing her legs.

The others looked at themselves astonished.

"I'm Cancer and I feel tired right now" he gave a short laugh.

"Same, I'm Sagittarius, two days ago I fought a duck-trich" Sagittarius said relaxing on the arm of the sofa.

"You did what" Taurus gasped.

"Yeah, I had one too many drinks at a friends party and the animals was I my way" Sagittarius laughed.

"No way Man" Aries punched his shoulder. "Okay lemme go next"

"I'm Aries and I love mountain climbing"

"I'm Taurus......and I like to paint" Taurus smiled.

The question is.....can you paint" Gemini tittered as Taurus glared at him.

"I can" she growled.

"Yeah, sure, tell yourself that.......can I go now" Gemini wailed.

"I should go" Pisces said. "I'm Pisces and I like swimming"

Virgo sat properly as she placed her hands on her knees. "I should go, I'm Virgo and I think we just got ourselves into a suicide mission"

Everyone stayed quiet before Capricorn gave a small chuckle.

"Dude, you're here" Taurus jolted in alarm as she heard him.

He looked at taurus and her startled face and smirked.

"And you have teeth" Taurus gushed.

"I'm Capricorn and I have teeth" he shrugged as the rest frowned.

"What don't I have teeth" he said.

"Okay now that all of us got a chance to say something, I suggest we check this place out" Leo prelected.

"I haven't said anything" Gemini pouted.

"That's because we know enough" Taurus comment archly.

"please just give me a chance, I will surprise you" Gemini pleaded.

"Okay, fine" Virgo agreed.

"Hi, I'm Gemini and I like surfing, the rain, the sun, parties...... " he was cut off by Cancer.

"That's another reason, you would had taken all the time talking"

"Valid point " Sagittarius accepted. " so are we going to check out this place or what"

"Let's go" Aquarius cheered as they all got up.
