this is just another idea that I WILL NOT be as a book here's the description anyway:

 all his life Nathaniel shavel has been told to blend in and not be noticeable in any way, he's surrounded by people his parents want him to be friends with and is considered a normal kid. until he meets the new girl, Lilian Duitz. she's a rebel, to say the least despite his efforts to avoid her she manages to talk to him and figure out why he's so hesitant to talk to her, she sets out on a mission to show him his happiness is all that matters and while Nathan knows he'll get caught something about her fearless spirit makes him decide against his better judgment and become friends with her. you can guess how that ends. . .

Nathaniel:

I sat alone at me and my "friends" lunch table. waiting patiently for them and not really caring if they show up or not. the only one I really got along with was Sam and that was because he was also hiding his weirdness in plain sight he was the one person I actually trusted. speak of the devil he grinned sitting across from me and chatting my ear off

"also I heard there's a new girl" he said continuing to blabber on I stopped him

"sorry what did you say?" I asked

"oh there's a new Lego set that I really want-" I stopped him

"no no no, before that."

"ohhhhh, you mean the new girl? what you scared you'll fall for her or something?" he asked giggling I glared at him

"no! I'm on the student council I want to know these things!" I said he snickered

"sure sure, yeah I think that's her there" he said pointing behind me I turned to see a kid in a sweatshirt with a big Z symbol on it and temporary tattoo's on her face and arms of lots of different things, wolves, moons, and others I must have been staring because Sam started to chuckle I ripped my eyes away from her and looked back at my food like it wasn't a big deal he stood and waved someone over they sat down and I immediately recognized them, it was Zane one of the first people my parents made me be friends with we absolutely hated each other.

"ew no move over I'm saving this spot." Sam said to Zane I snickered a bit as he grumbled something and scooted over I looked confusedly at Sam and looked over at who he was waving over, the new kid she smiled and walked over to our table sitting next to Sam I kept my head down not daring look at her

"Hi! I'm Lilly," she greeted

"I'm Sam, that's Nathan and that sweaty mess over there is Zane, don't mind Nate's shyness, he's not too social." Sam said I muttered a quick hello and continued to pick at my food she smiled 

"well it's nice to meet you all," she said happily eating her food quickly I felt like a weight was slowly pressing down on my lungs not allowing me to speak, the words of my parents at the beginning of the year rose to te front of my jumbled thoughts

"Blend in and don't talk to anyone but you're friends." I sighed sucking in a quick breath thinking about how they'd react if they had learned that Sam had introduced me to a rebellious looking girl. they'd probably go ballistic. the weight got heavier all sounds were drowned out by my anxiety enducing thoughts the bell rang snapping me back to reality I stood and walked to my locker opening it quickly and grabbing my things I headed off to my next class the rest of the day was a blur i got home and nearly tripped over the stairs I walked in and took my shoes off walking into my room and flopping on my bed, I still had a few hours till my parents got home, I grabbed my phone and went to my contacts I clicked on Sam

You: hey Sam.

Sam: wassup! parents home?

You: Nope thankfuly. they won't be home for a while. they're both working late.

Sam: *Thankfully

Sam: sorry- it bugs me- you know I'm a grammar and spelling freak.

You: lol it's fine. 

Sam: soooo, you we're really anti-social with Lilly. why?

You: Parents.

Sam: bruh they don't run you're life.

You: tch, that's what you think.

Sam: T^T seriously fuck them.

You: LaNgUaGe

Sam: shush.

You: Never!

You: bye! see you tommorrow!

I sighed going to spotify and plugging my headphones in listening to music while i thought about the new girl I decided i'd let my parents figure out there's a new kid on there own.
