ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE:

KATIPUNAN is NOT ENTIRELY the personification of the KKK movement in the Philippines. He is the personification of the FLAG and what its meant to SYMBOLIZE. (The fighting spirit of the filipino people, especially against an enemy.)

(Extra note: KKK in Philippine history stands for "Kataastaasan Kagalanggalangang Katipunan ng mga Anak ng Bayan" which is the name of the rebellion group against the spanish.)

PERLA is the personification of the natural beauty and minerals in the Philippines. She is meant to SYMBOLIZE the beauty of our country.

DEL is NOT the personification of the figure, Gregorio Del Pilar, himself. He is only the personification of the FLAG made BY Gregorio Del Pilar and what the flag is meant to SYMBOLIZE. In this and all other books, he will be refered to as Del.

MARTIAL is NOT the personification of the Martial law era in the Philippines. He is only the personification of the Philippine FLAG in its state of WAR. Basically, he represents the Philippine flag when its turned upside down. In this and all other books, he will be refered to as Martial.

(Extra note: I DO NOT support Martial law either. Especially Ferdinand Marcos and his decleration of a Martial Law era in the Philippines. What happened during that time was extremely inhumane and traumatic and should not be depicted as "cool" or "cute." In this book, Martial is NOT supposed to represent any of that.)

HUKBALAHAP is NOT the personification of the communist party in the Philippines, but rather she is the personification of the anti-Japanese IDEALS in the Philippines during ww2.

PHILIPPINES is the personification of the FLAG and only serves as the REPRESENTITIVE of the country.

This book will use MY world building and MY magic system, meaning that fantasy works and non-realistic elements will be present in this story. I may also not be perfect in recalling Philippine history, so expect some historical inacurracies, but not completely serious inaccuracies. (E.g, Some outfit of choice and fashion, the exact dates, cuisine, music, etc.) And though I am not an expert, I will try my best to write as accurately as possible.

(If there are any mistakes, please comment under the paragraph with the mistake or message me through my wattpad account and I will try to fix it as soon as possible.)

There are also moments and events that never actually took place in history, but are added for sake of the necessary story elements. (E.g, Young Del meeting Pigafetta or Del and Martial being Rizal and Luna's "apprentices." Also events such as Martial and Hukbalahap kicking ass and being mostly able to fight off the Japanese before America(McArthur) came lol.) But the actual history will not be entirely altered, story elements will only be added.

Reminder: This book aims to display Philippine History in literary writing and how it has affected us as the people of this country.

Please remember that most of the contents in this book is a work of fiction and not meant to be taken seriously. But the history is entirely raw and non-fiction.
