Skye's P.O.V
I wake up and notice I'm not in a bed, but on the couch. I also notice I'm entangled in Jakes arms. I look around and notice the lights are off, there is junk food on the coffee table and the credits of the Wizard of Oz were play on the screen. We must have fallen asleep on the couch during the movie; I roll over to be face to face with a sleeping Jake. I went to wake him up but the way his lips are parted some and the little nose whistle he made when he slept was so cute. I got one arm free and noticed it was 3am, when I unlocked my phone. So I set my phone down and poked Jakes cheeks here and there and still nothing. I lightly shook Jake and he just mumbled, scrunched his face and tightened his grip around my small frame. I laid there pondering on how I was going to wake Jake up and then it hit me. I leaned in and softly collided my lips to his, for a couple of seconds it was just me kissing until I felt his lips kissing back. I peeled my eyes open and still saw Jake's eyes closed. I stopped and saw his face scrunch up like he was saddened that I stopped. Then I heard him mumble, "Why did you stop I was enjoying that miss?" I smirked, "Because I have been trying to wake you up so we can move to the bedroom" With his eyes still closed a big old grin appeared on his face once I mention moving to the bedroom. With my free hand I playfully slapped the top of his head. He acted to be hurt, which made me smile. It went quiet for a little bit, which made me think he went to sleep again. So I poked his cheeks again, "Jake are you awake still" Just then while still holding on to me he scooped me up bridal style. I clung to him for dear life but before I knew it Jake was just standing up eyes closed and me in his arms. He yawned slowly and started to walk over to the bedroom. For his eyes being closed he didn't trip or run into anything. He somehow opened the door and gentle set me down on my side of the bed. He pulled the covers up to me and made his way over to his side. I felt the bed dip and him shift under the covers. He snaked his arms around my waist and buried his face into the crook of my neck. Before I knew it our breathing synced up and I drifted off to sleep.
Jake's P.O.V
I wake up to the sound of my alarm going off in the living room. I poke my head up and notice that we moved to the bedroom and I was wrapped up with Skye in my arms. As I looked down I saw that she was smiling. So I whispered into her ear, "I am making you smile" I unwrapped myself from her and headed out to the living area of the hotel room. I shut off my alarm and saw it was 9:30am, so I decided to go get breakfast. I grabbed a hoodie and car keys. As I was walking out to the elevator Kevin was walking out of his room. "Hey Kev want to come get breakfast with me?" he nodded and we walked to the elevator.
*Skips car ride*
We pull into dunking doughnuts and find a parking spot. As we enter there are not a lot of people here, there is two people sitting together and one guy who looks angry up at the counter. As we approach the counter Kevin asks me a question, "So where are you taking Skye tonight to celebrate last night?" Before I could respond the guy in front of us cut me off, "Did you say Skye, as in Skye Diamond?" Kevin and I both looked back and forth at each other hesitant to answer. I finally broke the awkward silence that he caused, "Yeah that's her, did you hear about her from the contest?" He looked confused but then just nodded along. "Yeah that's where I heard her name, tell her I said hi and congrats on winning" he grabbed his coffee from the counter and brushed through Kevin and I. Kevin broke the silence before I could, "That was weird, and at least Skye has her first crazy fan" We both started laughing. We order a dozen doughnuts and headed back to the hotel. As pulled in we could see some fans waiting to see if we show up. "I hope you're ready to pose" We parked and headed towards the fans, we took photos with them all and headed back up stairs. I opened the door to our room and it was empty. I set the doughnuts down on the counter and walked over to our room. I slowly opened the door to see Skye sprawled out on the bed, wrapped up in the blankets and sheets. I walked over and copied what she did to me this morning. I leaned down and slowly collided my lips to hers. For a couple of seconds it was just me kissing until she took noticed my lips on hers. I slowly went to pull away but was stopped when she threw her arms around my neck and pressed our lips back together.
After about two minutes, I mouthed without breaking the kiss, "Um...I brought breakfast" Skye broke the kiss and pushed me aside saying, "Why didn't you say so earlier" I chuckled while she made her way out the room. I follow her out to the table, where the doughnuts where. After smashing through a couple of doughnuts I speak up, "Skye we're going out to a fancy restaurant tonight to celebrate is that okay?" she nods with a mouthful of doughnut and I could not help but laugh. "But I don't have anything nice to wear" I laugh, "Well then we got to go fix that, now don't we"
Skye's P.O.V
After breakfast Jake and I got ready and he took me to find something nice to wear. After each store we went to, we were stopped and asked for autographs and pictures. Its weird saying I have fans now but to be honest I think they like me because I'm with Jake. Pulled from my thoughts when Jake held up a nice black dress, that had a slight running up one side of the dress and was sparkled all the way through the dress. I quickly tried the dress on and instantly fell in love with it. While Jake paid with it I walked towards the exit of the store. Waiting for Jake, a couple of fans spotted me and asked for my autograph and pictures. After they left I spotted Jake leaning against the wall behind us smiling. I tried not to grin but failed, "What is so funny?" Jake chuckled while walking towards me, "Nothing it's just that my girlfriend is now too popular for me" I blushed at the sound of that word. Jake noticed right away that I was blushing, "What? Skye did I say something wrong?" I quickly recovered and smiled, "It's just that you just called me your girlfriend" Jake scratched the back of his neck, "Yeah I guess so" he threw his arm around me and we headed for the car.
It's almost time to go to the restaurant. I was standing in front of the mirror judging if I was ok looking to go out in public. After a couple of minutes I heard a knock at the door, "Skye are you ready?" Jake said through the door. I lightly sighed, "Yeah and its unlocked" the door opened slowly and Jake poked his head in wearing a nice suit, "We have to leave soon to make our reservations" I smiled. Grabbed my phone and wallet and looped arms with Jake and we headed down to the car. After a couple of minutes of light noise coming from the radio Jake spoke up, "This morning something weird happened" Jake quickly looks over at me before continuing, "As me and Kevin we're getting the doughnuts someone overheard us talking about you and knew you or something" I grew puzzled at that last part, what's the chances it being him, so I brushed it off and Jake just laughed. We arrived at the restaurant and Jake walked around and opened my door for me, "Why thank you" Jake handed the keys to the valet and escorted me in. He brought me to a table, with all our friends around, Joey, Kevin, and Scooter. As Jake pulled my seat out for me and scooted me in, our waiter walked up and asked, "I will be your waiter tonight, if you need anything just ask" I looked up to great our waiter with a smile but was quickly turned into fear as our eyes met. I let out a small whimper, "Christian...."
