I'll make this brief.
So this is the sequel to Cardinal Sin (1) : Rebirth of the Fullmetal Alchemist, so if you haven't read that, I suggest you start there.

For the content, there is, again, violence, death (major character, too—I know, I'm horrible), suicide (it's not Ed this time 🙂), torture and language. Also, there is this conversation between the characters in the prologue which had mentions of sex—no smut in the story, though.
I don't own Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood (obviously) or any of the characters except the OCs.
