Monday, December 19th 2022 – Atlanta

Except of the bad news at the end the doctor's appointment went very good for Sebastian so they decided to go out for lunch on their way back to y/n's apartment. Sebastian asked for Italian food and so they located a restaurant near the hospital where they wanted to go and get some Pizza – still Seb's favorite cheat meal. With the fact that he wasn't able to work out at the moment y/n tried to cook as healthy as possible so that Seb didn't get too much out of shape. But to celebrate his regained mobility Pizza was the best choice.

They parked right outside the restaurant and y/n helped Sebastian getting out of the car. He was able to do a lot of stuff on his own but getting up from a sitting position was still a bit of a struggle as it put more pressure on his rips than other movements. He was also still not able to sit up straight from a laying position as his abs didn't have much to do the last two weeks and now decided to not help him at all.

"I think I'm gonna call Don later. Maybe he has some ideas to get that abs back to working soon." He grunted as y/n literally pulled him up in a standing position. He held himself steady with one arm at the car-door and waited for potential dizziness to come around. But thankfully he was fine so he made a few steps on the sideway so that y/n could close the door of the car.

She grabbed his hand in hers and they slowly made their way into the empty restaurant. As it was 11:30am it was too early for most of the people to eat lunch.

After they sat down on a table a waitress came and immediately recognized Sebastian – they could tell that she was sweating and talking way faster than a normal person. She didn't say a word to not make Sebastian uncomfortable but to be honest her way of trying to "hide" that she knew who he was made him more uncomfortable than anything else.

When she returned with their drinks (two diet cokes) he said that she could take a photo with him if she wanted to. Y/N could see the happy grin on her face as she rushed into the kitchen to get her phone. Just a few seconds later she ran back to their table and made undefined high-pitch noises of excitement that made y/n roll her eyes.

They took the picture – Seb still sitting on the table as the waitress leaned down and made a selfie with him – and afterwards they ordered their food. Sebastian ordered a large Pizza with prosciutto and arugula and y/n decided to get a classical pizza with just tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese on it. In Italy this kind of pizza was called 'Margharita' but as y/n knew that one of Sebastians ex-girlfriends had a similar name she avoided to say it out loud.

"Do you think calling Don is the solution? I am pretty sure he will tell you to wait for your first PT appointment. I think that would be better, so you know exactly what kind of moves you are allowed to do. I don't want you to get hurt again just because you are inpatient or stubborn." she said to him but widened her eyes in shock right afterwards. Maybe that was a bit to harsh to say to him on a lunch date. She was scared that she had ruined his good mood now.

"I know that you are worried, prinţesă. But I'll be fine. Haven't you heard what the doctor said? My recovery is faster than he expected! I am even allowed to do some scenes next week. That is awesome!" he answered and tried to ignore the knot in his stomach that formed after her words.

"Yeah, I just want you to be fine. That's all." She mumbled while putting one of her elbows on the table and covering her cheek with her palm. She looked into his eyes and he smiled as he reached over the table to boop her nose with his index finger – making her laugh in disbelieve what just had happened.
