Saturday, December 24th 2022 – Atlanta

The flight from Atlanta to Chicago was only two hours and 15 minutes long and Sebastian and Y/N decided that they would take an early morning flight so that they had as much time as possible with y/n's parents.

They decided to pack a suitcase each as they were heading back to New York City right afterwards. So in total they would be gone from home for 10 days. It wasn't easy to pack as they had to pack for different occasions:

Christmas at y/n's parents would be at home as it was tradition that y/n and her Mum cooked a delicious meal for the whole family. Normally y/n wears a casual chick outfit for that day but as she knew Sebastian wanted to take an official photo with her, she packed the light green dress from Christina's birthday party.

Sebastian had a matching light green dress shirt which was really hard to find as the color was not too common for men. They went shopping yesterday before their friends arrived and even if it was still exhausting for Sebastian, because he was still not able to stand or walk for a longer time because of his rips, he wanted to find the perfect outfit. In the third store they finally found the perfect colored dress shirt and Sebastian bought it immediately.

Sebastian knew that his mother made a reservation in a fancy restaurant for dinner on the 26th. Thankfully he would be able to wear the same dark grey suit as the day before - just with a different dress shirt. He had bought y/n a knee-length navy blue dress with floral applications on top and a matching dress shirt for him. They would really look like a couple and he loved everything about that.

For dinner with Sebastian's friends they were able to wear something more casual and he wanted to wear his favorite black jeans and a T-shirt with a suit jacket. Y/N found a long black jumpsuit in her closet that she never wore before as covid destroyed a lot of her plans to go out and hav fun in the last three years. It would look amazing in combination with her scarlet blazer that she wore for her job interview at Marvel. Where it all began.

After they finished packing their suitcases Sebastian ordered a cap to the airport and they arrived right before 6am. Thankfully Atlanta traffic wasn't that bad this day as most of the people didn't have to work during the holidays. The airport was also not as crowded as y/n expected as most of the people were probably already flying home to their families the day before.

As Sebastian was flying around the country and world a lot he knew exactly when they needed to be at the airport to have enough time to get through ticket and security control without stress but also that they don't have too much time and would sit around bored. With his growing popularity over the last years Sebastian avoided to be on public places for too long. The risk that someone would recognize him was too high.

That's why they made their way into the business class lounge immediately after the security control. They had only 30 minutes left until boarding but Seb wanted to be out of sight. In the lounge they had coffee and a loaded breakfast with bagels, eggs, bacon and orange juice - all for free. Y/N had never been in a lounge before as she was normally flying Economy class – not willing to pay so much for extras comfort.

"I can't wait to fly business class the first time in my life" she exclaimed and smiled at Sebastian.

"Don't have too high expectations. For shorter flights like that it is not much different to Economy, but when we fly to Bucharest you will get the full package, I promise." he answered and was a bit sad that he couldn't show her the differences between Economy and Business right now. But when shooting would be going well in the beginning of the new year they planned to head over to Bucharest in the beginning of March – so it wouldn't be too long for her to wait.
