For The Custodio family, Saturday is always family day, more often than not they always spent it with the Agustin family, especially nung hindi pa umuuwi ng Pilipinas ang Agustin Siblings.
Her Ninang Agnes and Ninong Jerry would always spend the day with them, when their children arrived, they were alternating the Saturday family day between the two families. That's how close they are.
Her Ninong Jerry and her Father were best of friends since childhood. Sabay pa nga daw nanligaw ang mga ito sa mag bestfriends din na sila Agnes at Essie.
They even live in the same village, kulang na lang pagdikitin ang mga bahay nila.
When she chose to be independent she bought her own condo near their office.
She actually thought she needed this. That she needs to live alone to find her purpose in life. Nasa quarter life crisis na nga siguro siya. She often find herself in depressive state
Sabi ni Angelica baka daw kailangan lang niya ng lovelife, but no. Malabong yun ang kailangan niya. She needed something more.
Last night's family day elevated her fraustrations more. Seeing the two families happily interacting with each other made her crave for that happiness too.
So here she is, alone on a Sunday morning that was supposed to be "Lea's day". She often treat herself for a Spa day but today she's just too lazy to do anything.
She looked at her side table where the wedding invitation of Lawrence lay.
She picked it up and admired the design. Does she want to get married? Ito ba ang hinahanap niya sa buhay? Honestly she don't know the answer.
She went to hit the showers and thought of what she can do today.
Baka kailangan lang niya ng shopping therapy.
After fixing herself, she went outside and go to the mall.
"Lea?" She heard a familiar voice called her from behind.
"Lawrence! Hello!" She greeted him and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
"How are you Lea? It's been a while."
"It is! Congratulations nga pala! I received the invitation. Jolina handed it to me last night." She said.
"Papa! Papa!" A little boy not more than 3 years old hugged Lawrence legs.
"Oh, anak mo na yan?"
"Oo. By the way this is Pete, he's three and this woman over here is Chyntia my fianceè." Anito at inakbayan ang babaeng bagong dating.
"Hon, this is Lea." The woman smiled at her and accepted her handshake.
"Nice meeting you Lea. Do you want to have lunch with us? Nagugutom na daw si Pete e." Masiglang sabi pa nito.
"Ahm, hindi ba nakakahiya? Really I don't want to impose." She answered.
"Sus! Hindi no! Hindi ka naman na iba. Tara we have a lot to catch up on din naman!" Lawrence replied with a big smile.
"Let's go Tita Lea. Pete's hungry na." The little guys even held her hand and it melted her heart.
"Well I guess I couldn't say no to you little guy." Aniya at sumama na sa mga ito.
"Grabe ang cute-cute naman nitong anak niyo!" Aniya habang pinapanuod kumain si Pete.
"Gumawa ka na din kasi Lea, promise iba yung pakiramdam, diba love?" Lawrence said while looking at his son lovingly.
