The next morning, Ty was sweeping in the barn. He went bed last night, after one more glance at Storm who seemed to look like one wild horse. Ty heard alot of commotion from outside, he poked his head out of the barn seeing Amy trying to join up Storm, but said horse just wouldn't join. Instead, reared up and hit the fence, breaking a pannel off of it.
Jack was stood on the porch, with Lou stood beside them. Lou had spotted Ty smirking while looking at Amy's terrible attempt to get Storm away from the brocken fence, with the rope. Lou motioned for her Grandpa to look, so he did.
"He doesn't like that, you know." Ty spoke up, as Amy stopped what she was doing to turn and look at him. Storm's ears perked up at his voice, as he turned to him and neighed, while walking toqards the fence side, where Ty was at, keeping him from the brocken fence pannel.
Ty seemed hestant, but only backed up. Storm neighed loudly after him, actually looking sad. Jack wondered, as he walked on over to Amy, who seemed confused.
"Hey Ty!" Jack shouted into the barn, as Ty poked his head out and hummed, "Mind fixing that fence?"
"Uh..." Ty muttered, "Sure..?"
"Great!" Jack said, walking back over to porch and grabbed his coffee off of Lou, as Amy walked on over, giving up. She stood beside Jack, as they watched Ty approuching the fence, with a spare fence pannel, and a hammer and some screws.
Storm who was looking over at the other fence, turned his head in the direction of Ty and neighed loudly, before trotting over to him and nuzzled him, causing Ty to fall backwards.
"Storm. Come on Bud, give me some space." Ty muttered, as Storm turned his head, as he neighed, watching as Ty got the hammer to get the old fence pannel out. Storm sniffed the fence and looked upto Ty who only sighed.
Storm neighed loudly once again, rearing up in the air, causing Ty to jump to his feet and step backwards, when Storm brought his hoof down on the old pannel, it instantly breaking off.
"Th-thanks Bud." Ty whispered, slowly standing up. Storm bowed his head, poking his head over the brocken fence pannel. Ty was slowly reaching his hand out to him, till his eyes widened and he stepped back, shaking his head, "No... you need to bond with somebody else."
Storm neighed, when Ty backed up. He looked over to his jacket leaning over thhe fence pannel, as a piece of paper hung out of it. He sighed, as Storm neighed loudly, before rearing up, it sounding like a cry?
Ty walked over to his jacket and took out the piece of paper from Clint. He got the number and typed it into the phone what Jack gave him, taking a deep breath he dialed it and pulled it upto his ear, letting it ring for a moment before a click could be heard.
"Hello?" Ty quickly hung up, when he heard Clint's voice ring through.
"No. I can't do this." Ty whispered to himself, he grabbed his jacket and shoved the paper back into it's pocket. He then walked upto the fence pannel and got the new one, and hung it on, then quickly hammered the screws in. Putting preasure on it, to make sure it was secure, before quickly grabbing his jacket and walking over to the porch, where he only just noticed Jack stood there, with Amy and Lou.
"Jack. Fence all fixed." Ty said, "Mind if I use your phone? You know... the one in the kitchen?"
Jack nodded, as Ty walked into the kitchen and grabbed the phone off of its hook. He dialed the number, before he could change his mind, he let it ring a few times, before it answered.
"Hello?" Came the same voice from before.
"Uhm, Mr. Riley. Hey." Ty said, before he could even debate saying anything.
