Ty yawned, while pulling his shirt over his head. Milly was sat up right in her bed, as Ty gave her a little smile while walking down the steps into the barn, where Milly had followed.
"Hey Mills, why don't you go and find your Mom and Dad?" Ty asked, as Milly nodded and ran out of the barn, Ty smiling as he grabbed a lead rope and opened the stable door of Storm's stable.
"Hey Boy." Ty said softly, while putting the lead rope on and leading the horse outside, totally un-aware of the Man standing behind him, with Amy, "Good boy."
Ty pulled Storm into the Paddock, and pulled the harnest off of him and rested it over the top of the paddock, while feeding Storm a sugar cube.
"I see hes fixed then." Ty turned round from where he was locking the paddock door, to see Mr. Broomhall stood there with Amy, who looked at him sadly.
"He never needed to be fixed." Ty grumbled under his breath angerly.
"Pardon?" Mr. Broomhall asked.
"Nothing." Ty mumbled, as Mr. Broomhall looked at Storm.
"Get me a saddle." Mr. Broomhall said, as Ty looked at him, then to Amy who stuttered slightly.
"But, Sir--!"
"Now." Mr. Broomhall said, opening the gate to the paddock, where Storm looked upto him and backed up, neighing. Amy looked at Ty and sighed, nodding.
Ty walked into the barn, comeing out minutes later with a saddle and briddle, hanging them over the fence of the paddock. Mr. Broomhall put the saddle pad on Storm's back, but Storm wouldn't keep still so Mr. Broomhall yanked the rope on the fence, forcing his head to stay still.
Ty wanted to hit this guy so bad.
Storm neighed over and over again, clearly not happy, as Jack, Tim, Lucas, Amelia, Lou, Milly, and Jacob came outside, due to the noice. They all watched, as Mr. Broomhall harshly put everything onto Storm, who kept on moving, what made Mr. Broomhall even mroe mad.
Ty glared at the guy, while putting his hand on the paddock fence. Storm suddenly neighed loudly and reared up, courseing Ty to act quickly and jump over the paddock fence and to pull Mr. Broomhall back.
"You stupid horse!" Mr. Broomhall shouted, shoving Ty to the side and going to wipe Storm on the back with his wip. But, Storm broke loose of the rope and rared up once again, glaring at Mr. Broomhall.
"Stop." Ty shouted, getting in between Mr. Broomhall and Storm, as they both looked at him, Tim, Jack, Lucas, and Lou all walked over, just incase something was to happen.
"You can't tell me what to do with my own horse!" Mr. Broomhall shouted, before shoving Ty to the side, as TY groaned and gripped his side, Storm rearing up and running to Ty, nuzzleing his cheek.
"Get back to you're corner!" Mr. Broomhall shouted, as Storm neighed loudly and pushed Ty forwards, as he looked at him, Storm trotting around him and stopping so his back was right infront of Ty.
"I-I can't boy." Ty whispered, patting his back, as Storm neighed and stomped his foot down, "Storm, come on. Calm down."
Jack opened the paddock door, as Storm gripped Ty's shirt in his mouth, and pulled him towards the paddock door, neighing and letting go. Ty got the hint, but knew he couldn't. Mr. Broomhall was walking towards him, and he knew he had to make a choise.
"Mr. Broomhall I think its time you leave." Jack spoke up, "We do not expect this attitude on my ranch."
"This little rat, un-tied my horse!" Mr. Broomhall shouted, as Storm neighed.
"No, I didn't." Ty said, "He did it himself."
"And, tell me. How is that possible?" Mr. Broomhall asked, sarcastically.
"I saw it. It's because, you pushed Ty. Storm can get very protective." Amy said, nodding as all of a sudden a car pulled up, they all looked to it, except Ty, Jack, and Mr. Broomhall.
Storm reared up, when Mr. Broomhall dived forward, pushing Ty out of the way and to the ground, and hitting Storm's back with the ripe, and grabbing the lead rope. Storm reared up, neighing loudly, as Mr. Broomhall pulled him away from Ty, who shook his head, breathing heavily.
"Ty!" Ty barely looked up, seeing Clint Riley running towards him with Lucas. Amelia was trying to hold Milly and Jacob back, but it as quite hard as they both wanted to get to Ty to make sure he was okay.
Clint looked at Ty, on the ground with Lucas kneeling beside him, and turned to look at Mr. Broomhall.
"I have to report this, you know?" Clint asked, "Ty is family, you do not hit him!"
Clint walked upto Mr. Broomhall and yanked Storm's lead rope out of his hand, and handed him to Lucas, who just dropped it, and let Storm walk over to Ty.
"For what? And, who are you?" Mr. Broomhall snarled.
"I'm Clint Riley, and I am Ty's probation officer." Clint said.
"Of course he's a trouble maker. But, I can easily tell them that he came at me and tried getting my horse, if he's that sort of kid, right?" Mr. Broomhall asked.
"Well, you have 8 eye witnesses, including myself." Clint said, "And, this is classed as asault to the horse. And, after this he will be taken off of you and put into a loving home, what can care for him."
Mr. Broomhall glared at him. Before pushing past them all and into his car, driving off Clint kneeled down beside Ty who was leaning against the fence pannels of the paddock.
"You okay?" Clint asked softly.
"Mhm. My head hurts." Ty mumbled, as Clint rested a hand on Ty's shoulder.
"You my have a concussion." Clint said, "Come on."
Lucas gave Ty a hand, and pulled him upto his feet, Ty smiling at him, then looked at Storm, who neighed softly and nuzzled his neck.
"Ty, you're hands bleeding." Clint said, while taking Ty's hand in his.
"I probally just caught it when I landed." Ty said, pulling his hand back, "And, thanks Mr. Riley."
"We still haven't passed the Mr. Riley part?" Clint said jokinly, as Ty chuckled and took the head colour and saddle off of Storm, before locking the paddock stall, with Storm still inside.
Ty chucked him an apple, before putting the head color and saddle back.
"Now, I see where Storm had gotten all of those scars from." Ty whispered to Lucas, who sighed.
"I'm sure he will be alright. Now, you helped him so sort yourself out." Lucas said, pushing Ty into the kitchen and sitting him down, where Milly sat beside him, and Jacob in his lap.
