"Cried a waterfall and I've got so much more to go"

It's an amazing experience to cry, it might look ugly, be for a 'stupid' reason, simply you're embarrassed, or you're confused as to why you're doing it in the first place, but it's necessary.

As they say "Everything happens for a reason".

Crying applies to it too!!!

Crying is a way to release, to let out all the bottled up emotions either good or bad. It brings clarity and lets you be free.

In the moment you might feel weak for crying, after all, it's what we're taught to think, but crying isn't weak.
You're so strong!

To keep it in hurts, it gets held in you and then it will affect you, it won't just leave, maybe for awhile it'll be forgotten, but not forever, this hidden emotion will come out in different ways, in some way it'll find its way out: in the way you communicate with others, yourself, how you react, it'll all affect you more negativity especially if you don't release.

Crying is a process of forgiving and letting go.

It might feel weird or unnatural the way it comes out or sounds, but no need to judge, don't block it from coming out, it needs to be let go of.

To let it out it's like clearing, clearing the past, future, present, all the regrets and confusion, maybe it doesn't all come out, but it's a start. And because of this allowing to express, you are more likely to let go of the grudge on this pain and relate to others more peacefully.

Do you ever feel like after you cry, a numb feeling travels down your legs and leaves you trembling but also relieved after it?

-That's a reaction that I get many times when it's a never ending cry, 'ugly' cry with hiccups and lack of breath, it's like an awakening went through my body and it worked so hard to let all the toxins out that once it's out, the body's tired but refreshed and feels happier.

It's a wonderful feeling, maybe you're still scared, worried, sad, but the moment is less harder on you, the next time it'll happen, you will have been stronger!

So, express yourself, your needs, your worries, with yourself and let it out, no need to keep it in, it doesn't help anybody!

Even if you're afraid it's an 'ugly' cry, or you look stupid and it's embarrassing, it's not, it's part of the process and you need to love every part of you, the 'ugly' parts and the beautiful ones!
Because you are beautiful! And when you cry, you're beautiful ❤️

Have a wonderful day!
And clear!
You deserve to feel purified and free!!!
