When we watch the shows we think we like and get stressed out

I don't need to attach to the shows I watch.

Notice how it makes me feel.

Don't deny it or justify it.
Just listen.

If it stressed me out, it stressed me out.

You don't need to be that pain and stress.

You see it and you accept it and now you know, I don't want to feel this way. But this feeling is inevitable. But, if I know why this feeling came, maybe I can stop it from happening again.

Why do I want to purposely make myself feel this way?

We accept this feeling. But we also want to feel good. So we breath and we come to realize, we can let go of this show and /or take a break.

Listen to self!

And if writing it out is the process you need to feel good, then use it! It's okay if this process takes time, use it, it's not bad. Love your process. I love my process.
