Someone says your name.
The wind is knocked out of me.
I spend half an hour in flight mode.
Anxiety adrenaline in my veins.
When the endorphins slowly lessen,
they take all my emotions with me.
I am numb.
My only craving is the desire to die.
Someone said your name and I remember
I didn't take my meds this morning.
