CHAPTER :- 13

Boun wakes up and hears a loud knock on his door. He goes to open it.

"Boun! You're still sleeping" Samantha says.

"Yeah..... I was so tired , I have recently started sword training"

"Oh god...........Tomorrow is the day of celebration and I just found out that you haven't chose the outfit you're going to wear"

"I don't think it's necessary. Prem brings new clothes everyday, I've got a lot of outfits"

"Hey! The whole kingdom would be here tomorrow. Are you going to be there in your everyday clothes. Let's go to the dressmaker"

"But I am tired. Prem gave me a day to rest" Boun says lazily.

"Don't whine like a child. Go get ready" Samantha pushes him to the restroom.

" Ahhh......... Fine"

"Inform him that we are going" Boun shouts from inside.

"Okay......... I'll do it. You hurry up"

Boun steps out after taking a bath and putting on his clothes. He sees both Prem and Samantha sitting.

"She told you? "

"Yes...... and I am going with you two"

"You don't have to worry . We can go with the other guards " Samantha says.

"No. Why do you think I told him to inform me everytime he goes out? I am coming with you"

"Fine...........the carriage is ready for us. Let's go"

"Let's fly, it's more fun"

"Hey...... I'm a Terran" Samantha says.

"What?........... How? " Boun asks unknowingly.

Samantha's smile drops.

(Boun!)

Boun hears Prem's voice and asks "Yeah.... What?"

(Hey, not like that. I am talking with you in the head)

(Oh, yeah. WHAT? What's happening? )

(Don't worry. Don't ask her this question. I will tell you everything later)

(..... Okay)

"But...... How? "

( Don't say it in front of her. I promise I'll tell you later. Don't tell anyone that you can talk with me in your mind)

Boun nods. still startled.

"Boun, it's not the time for questions? Let's go. Shall we go Samantha? " Prem says.

"Yeah...... Hurry..... We don't have all day? "

Samantha holds Boun's arm and drags him to the wagon.

Boun's POV

What the hell just happened? About what Naya said..............One forms this connection with someone if they love each other. Is he my lover? Do I like him? Does he feel the same? Or.........It could be a mistake.

What I was shocked for was because It's him, whom I have formed this affinity with. How come I didn't realize that I have these kind of feelings for him. Could it be because he is handsome, he takes care of me, he is adorable, his eyes are so beautiful and his smile....umm.........Okay, now I know.

Should I tell him? But He might already.............."Boun........... BOUN! "

"Oh.... Yeah..... What? " We are at the dressmaker's and I'm daydreaming here, instead of looking for an outfit.

"I asked, do you like this one? "
Samantha says pointing to a white ruffle tie shirt and black trousers.

"Yeah.....It's good. I like it"

"Go, sleep . You've got a big day ahead. My brother must look the best" Samantha says.

I smile and say"Good night"

She goes to his chamber and I am on the way to mine. I'm feeling tired but I had a really good time with Samantha. She was insisting me on buying every pretty thing she saw. She seems more excited than me.

I am upstairs and from across the hallway...........I see Prem standing in front of my room. He turns and sees me. I can't even run away now. It's embarrassing because I know what he is going to say. It's not that I don't like him. I am just too shy to face him right now.

I slowly go near him.

"..... Hey "

"Boun......Um........could you speak with me for a while...about..Uh....we can talk tomorrow if you're tired"

I open the door and say "come in"

I sit on the bed and he sits on the chair.

"So...... What do you wanna talk about? "

"Samantha........ I told you to not ask her further because...you remember, Reen? her father was a Terran "

Oh........ He wanted to talk about that. "Okay.....I will be more careful from now on"

He is now looking down at his lap "...And....... " He's gonna say it. I should keep my heart ready for the confession.

"....you don't have to worry about the other thing. It could happen with anyone. If you are with someone for a long time you can talk with them in your mind"

What?....Why is he lying? I can clearly see his flushed face. He must be feeling shy. Should I just say that I already know about it? Or.............it would be better to play along. I should give him some time. I will have fun teasing him till then.

"Yeah.....It's cool. So.... It must not be your first time right? " I know it happens for once with the right person.

"Hmm......yeah......you're right" He looks so cute right now, I wanna pinch his cheeks.

"And please Don't tell anyone about this"

"Why not? It's a good thing right?" Did I just call the mighty swordsman cute.

"Yes, it is.....but..Um...... I... I will tell them someday"

"Okay, fine"

"So, I should go now. You must be tired. Have a good sleep"

He goes running to his own room. I'm lucky to be the one who can see this other side of him. Not the swordman who only takes care me and fulfils his duty but the person who...... loves me, the person I guess, I am falling for.
