Jake and Hailey were spending some quality time with one another by having a nighttime beach date together. The soothing noises of the ocean's dark blue waves crashing against the sand filled the atmosphere.

Hailey spread out a blanket across the beige-coloured sand, sitting down on it afterwards. Soon enough, her boyfriend Jake came from behind her and sat down. "Hey, princess~" Jake greeted with a wink.

"Hi honeyfangs!" Hailey greeted back, kissing him on the cheek after. The lovers looked ahead at the view before them peacefully.

"This is just breathtaking.." Hailey said, taking in a slow breath as she breathed in the cool breeze.

"I know right? This is why I love the night.." Jake replied, gazing up at the bright moon.

Hailey then turned her attention towards the water. "And the water is so relaxing.." Jake nodded his head in agreement. Hailey turned her head to face him. "I'm..really happy to be here with you, honeyfangs.."

Jake felt his cheeks glow red at Hailey's words. "Me too, princess.."

Hailey brushed a strand of her hair behind an ear. "Jake..No matter what happens, even if people judge our relationship, because you know, I'm a human and you're a vampire, we'll never leave eachother right? We'll stay together always?"

Jake's expression softened. "Oh, princess. Of course we'll always stay together! Anyone that tries to hurt you will have to get through me first. I'll protect you no matter what. You're my cute little tarantula! How could I ever leave you?!"

Jake brought Hailey into a loving embrace, snuggling into her neck affectionately. Hailey started to laugh hysterically upon feeling Jake nibble her neck playfully. It felt extremely ticklish to her.

"Ah! Honeyfangs! Stop it! That tickles!" Hailey laughed out as Jake pinned her body down against the blanket, still nibbling her neck.

"Why should I? And stop that adorable laughter of yours? I don't think so, sugar lips~"

Jake wrapped his arms around Hailey's bare waist as he started planting a trail of kisses down Hailey's neck. Hailey continued to giggle, still feeling ticklish. Her laughter became more louder as she felt Jake bite her neck again in pleasure. He then proceeded to give it little licks. Hailey hummed in content, loving the affection Jake was giving her.

"You really like my neck huh?" Hailey joked, making Jake pull away.

"I adore your neck, Hails. But, I love you more.." Hailey blushed profusely and pulled the vampire in for a kiss. Jake cupped her cheek lovingly, deepening the kiss. Hailey felt Jake's fangs brush against her tongue, which did hurt a small bit for her, but she didn't mind.

They soon pulled away from the other and chuckled. Jake soon raised his body up from over Hailey's, sitting back down onto the blanket. Hailey sat up from the blanket and did the same as Jake. She snuggled up against him, feeling Jake's hand wrap around her waist. The two of them stayed like that for a while until Hailey noticed another bat flying above them in the sky, passing by.

"Is that..a bat?" Hailey asked, pointing up towards the sky. Jake looked up and instantly recognised it.

"Oh, that's Milo." He informed his girlfriend.

"Oh, Milo! Your little brother!" Jake nodded his head at Hailey's reply.

"Yep. Looks like he's taking his own night fly. He's obviously in his bat form. But, he better not get into any trouble. Trust me, that guy has a habit of doing that. I usually have to save him."

Jake laughed, trailing off his sentence. Hailey grinned at him before looking at the water. "Should we go over to the water?"

Jake shrugged his shoulders. "Sure!"

With that, the couple stood up from the quilt and walked over to the crystal blue ocean, hand in hand. As they made their way, Hailey glanced into the waves, seeing her reflection.

"Oh honeyfangs, look! Our reflections! Isn't that cool?" Hailey commented with excitement. Jake took a look at the water himself, however, no reflection appeared for him. Jake and Hailey could only see Hailey's reflection.

"Hey..Where's yours?" Jake chuckled at Hailey's question.

"Princess, Vampires have no reflection, remember?" Hailey recollected the time Jake told her about that and laughed bashfully.

"Oh! Right. I thought that only applied to mirrors.."

"Well, not just mirrors. But also cameras, water..You get the jist.." Hailey's face gained a small frown.

"So, does that mean..you can never really see yourself.." Jake rubbed his neck, laughing nervously.

"Kind of, I guess.."

Hailey went up to him and draped her arms around his neck, cuddling him. "Well, I just want you to know, you're always gorgeous.." Hailey complimented her lover, earning a beam from him.

He hugged her back, his face a dark pink. "No, you are.."

Suddenly, another couple came out onto the beach, holding hands. "Hey, you two!" Jake and Hailey broke the hug upon hearing the abrupt greeting and turned around.

"Luke! Zander!" Hailey exclaimed, running over to them. Jake smiled and followed along with her.

"Hey guys!" Jake said, giving a small wave. Luke and Zander waved back at him.

"What are you guys doing here?" Hailey asked her brother and best friend. Luke smirked and put his arm around Zander's shoulder.

"Well, honeybunches and I were having our date night and thought we'd go to the beach. But then, we saw you guys!" Luke replied, getting a blush from Zander.

"So, how are you doing Mr. Vampire Simp? Having fun with my sister?" Zander asked, gaining a smug grin. Jake smirked back in reply.

"I sure am, Mr. GrapeLord." Hailey rolled her eyes at her brother and boyfriend, smiling after.

"Jake and I were actually having a date as well." Hailey added in, placing her hands behind her back.

"Oh, would you hear that? Looks like we're all on the same page." Luke replied, making everyone laugh.

After all that, the four of them all decided to have some fun together by relaxing on the beach, turning it into a double date. Both couples were glad to be in eachother's presence. They laughed the night away, having the most enjoyment.
