The meeting

Y'all, so like... since I don't know what day it is in the story I'm just going to say that it's Tuesday, if anyones wondering. Also Mary hasn't quit her job yet.

Y/ns POV:
I woke up, drenched in sweat, I checked my alarm clock and it was 5 am, I had to get up for school in 3 hours and Mary had to get up for work in 2 hours. I tried to go back to sleep but I couldn't, I couldn't get the memories of that night out of my mind, so I went to Mary's room and woke her up, "What's wrong?" she mumbled, "can I sleep in your bed tonight? I got scared of something." she nodded and I fell asleep next to her.

When I woke up Mary was gone, but she had left me a note saying "Don't forget we're going to try and find you a job after school, so don't make any other plans!" I chuckled and went to my room to get dressed, I grabbed an oversized hoodie and black pleated skirt, I decided to get my over-the-knee white socks with some t-bar shoes. I grabbed my bag and some bread and rushed onto the first floor, but I couldn't see Sal or Larry anywhere, so i went to check outside and Larry's car was gone, I went to ask Lisa if Larry and Sal had already left and she they were in the basement waiting for me.

I knocked on Larry's door "ENTER!" he yelled out, I opened it and stared at them confused, "Why weren't you guys waiting for me upstairs?" "Because, we got bored and decided to come down here to play some video games" Larry replied, we walked out and went to Larry's car which was parked a bit further away because he couldn't find anywhere else to park.

When we finally got to school we realised we were 10 minutes late, "This is karma for not waiting at the front for me" I told Larry walking inside the school, "We'll see you later Sal, bye!" I told him, walking the opposite direction from him, "BYE DUDE" Larry yelled out and Sal waved at us, we could see one of the teachers staring at us from their classroom window.

I saw down next to Ash and Larry sat opposite Ash, "Why are you guys late?" she whispered, "Because, things happen, you don't need to know everybody's business" Larry told her looking away, "He's annoyed because he and Sal were waiting downstairs for me and the elevator broke so we got stuck for 30 minutes" I told Ash. (Ik it doesn't say this before but idc) The rest of the day went as normal and after couple hours it was finally the end of the school day.

I said by to the gang and went to find Mary. "You ready to find a cool new job?" she asked me, we started walking towards the car and she's as asking me about how my day was and stuff, "Ok, where to first?" I shrugged, I didn't really know that many places where I could work at, so I suggested the coffee shop near the school, that's where Sal and I have our "friend dates".

After arriving at the coffee shop we went up to the person behind the register and asked if they were hiring, he told us yes and asked for my age and if I had any work experience, he then bring his manager to asked me a couple more questions and then I got the job, "We'll pay $13.97 per hour" he said as we exited his office, "Also you can start today or tomorrow" he finished telling me, he introduced me to the boy working at the cashier, who seemed to be around Mary's age and then he went back to his office.

"Also sis, this is my boyfriend, who is also the father of my baby" my jaw dropped to the floor, I thought all this time the father had left her but turns out they were dating, "Why didn't you tell me you were dating him?" "He can help you with your job" she said, completely ignoring my question, "I've seen you a round here before, what is your name?" "It's Y/n, what about yours?" I asked him, "My names Caleb, we'll anyways see you soon y/n and bye babe" he said as he kissed my sister, i was happy for her, but if he planned on hurting her he would be dead.

After getting home we ordered a pizza and drinks and watched a movie.

I'm so sorry for not uploading a lot, but you know I have my own things, and I need to start taking school a bit more seriously cause it's getting harder. But anyways hope you guys enjoyed and byeeee!
