It's twelve in the midnight. Fluke smile as he carefully put the salad that he made in the service bowl for a customer.
It's four months and yet, he still can't believe that he is working in La Azul as apprentice chef. He thought back then that the other employees will mock him because he didn't graduate but they prove him wrong. All of the employees are kind. Some are scholars like him, yes, he is also studying while working. It's exhausting but it's worth it. After all what happened.
"The salad's done, Prem", he smile as he remove his apron. As of now, he is allowed to make salad, cut the ingredients, the chef's are still the one working on the dishes. Part of Fluke's job is washing the dishes. He is working at hotel at night for many reasons. The major is there are less people roaming around at night.
He goes to the part of the hotel where pictures of past customer's are posted, of course with every customer's permission. Fluke stop and smile at the particular picture. His parents during their engagement.
He step back when he heard a squeal. Fluke look at the direction where it came from and their standing, Earth Katsamonat Namwirote. A model and clothing line heir. He looks surreal.
"Yah! Would like to be a model?", Earth excitedly ask.
Fluke both of his side and at his back, trying to see who Earth talking to. He point his fingers at himself before asking, "I'm sorry. Are you talking to me?".
"Yes, my dear. You will be a hit with that dazzling smile", Earth grins.
Fluke feels cold, "Thank you. I'm not into that, uhm - sorry". Fear suddenly crawl in his body.
"Aww but you look gorgeous", Earth complaints.
"I'm not, you are. I'm a fan by the way", Fluke smile. He needed to get away.
"I know, I'm gorgeous and sexy. Taken though. If you are a fan, want a picture with me?", Earth grin. Fluke can't help but smile back. Earth is pretty confident but the way he spoke is like joking with a friend. With Earth's background, he didn't expect he will be this approachable.
Fluke shyly pull up his old phone. It's decent. Earth clap his hands as if excited to be in the camera, "Oh my gosh! We look fabulous together. We look twins. Let's take one more with my phone". Earth click his phone as well as they smile at the camera.
Fluke step back. Shivering when he feel an alpha presence. Earth look at him and look at the direction where the presence coming from.
A man in black appears, a handsome but serious face. "Babe, what are you doing here?".
Earth smile widely as he look at the new comer and smack the said man, "Just looking while waiting for you. Hey, meet my new friend -"
Earth look at him, "I'm sorry. Hi, I'm Fluke. Uhm - Earth, I need to go back to work. Nice to meet you".
Fluke bows and walk, he have this urge to runaway. Away from an alpha but it will be rude so he try to calm himself. Grabbing the necklace that he's wearing. The one suppressing his scent.
Meanwhile, Earth's editing the picture that he took. They look cute together. He smile and click. Posting the picture on his IG story.
