Chapter 40

You are not a Kim,all you do is ruin everyone's life. You should disappear

"That's enough, nobody and I mean nobody says such things to my Taehyung" says hoseok while turning taehyung to look at him and not at Chanhee who was looking at him all angry.

" You can't protect him hoseok because he is the problem himself and you cannot save him from himself"

And suddenly Hoseok is not standing in front of him instead he is far away

"Hyung, where are you going?"

"I am sorry taehyung, I can't do this, I need someone better, I deserve someone better than you"

" NO! NO! DONT LEAVE ME HYUNG"

And Taehyung tries to run after him but something is stopping him, something is not allowing him to move at all

And he tries, he tries so hard but it was like he was anchored to the floor and Hoseok was fading away, he needed to do something and do it fast. So he closes his eyes and tries one last time with all his might

And he moves only to wake up on his bed all wide eyed and sweaty and thats when he realises that it was a nightmare but was it really? Because it was dark except for the night lamp in the room but he knows that it was not fully night as the distant sound of the busy traffic of Seoul  of people trying to rush home to their loved ones was evident, then where was his hoseokie hyung?

As if having the ability to read his mind, a slight knock on the door makes taehyung wanna smile but his mind and his body were no way in sync

"Tae, are you awake?" Hoseok asks while peaking through the door only to smile when he sees him sitting on the bed wide awake but his smile soon fades when he sees the state in which the younger was sitting.

He rushes to the bedside and cups Taehyung's face and wipes his tears which taehyung had no idea were there

"What happened Tae?" Hoseok asks him with the most concerned voice that Taehyung has ever heard in his life and that voice was all that was needed to break the dam inside of him once again and he cried while hugging Hoseok  afraid that his nightmare will come true one day

His Taehyung was breaking and Hoseok had no idea what to do to stop it, to put his Taehyung back. After what Shinhae did to him and his family Hoseok had swore that he will never care for someone like that ever, that he will never fall in love again. But while holding taehyung in his arms like this, he thinks that taehyung has broken all those barriers and made a home in his heart and that heart right now was breaking at Taehyung's cries and he blurted out the first thing that came to his mind.

"Taehyung-ah, do you wanna go somewhere with hyung?"

At that abrupt question Taehyung looks up from Hoseok's chest

"Where Hyung?" Taehyung asks sniffling and wiping his tears with his sweater paws, the sight of which makes Hoseok feel something funny in his chest, his husband was the cutest thing in the world. To answer Taehyung's question Hoseok just smiles while placing a kiss on Taehyung's forehead

"Lets get ready, baby" with that Hoseok stands up and holds his hand out for Taehyung to take which Taehyung takes without any hesitance, it was like just a few words from his hyung was enough to make taehyung forget all about his nightmare.

"Hyung is gonna make some calls while you get ready, ok baby?" Taehyung nods but he cannot explain the feeling that washes over him everytime that word of endearment leaves his hyung's mouth so easily

with that hoseok leaves the room while calling someone on the phone and taehyung just stands there for a few second thinking about the power that Hoseok holds on his emotions which could be scary sometimes because one hurtful word from hoseok and taehyung will be broken beyond repair, could be even more broken than he is right now. But somewhere deep down he knows that his Hoseokie hyung will never hurt him.
