They were now about to go back and Taehyung was not ready to release his grandma from his bone crushing hug

"grandma, come with me....its not even long for the wedding" taehyung says while pouting

Grandma caresses his cheeks lovingly "taehyungie, its just a matter of a few days, I will come next week, your grandpa needs to take care of the farm before we leave, right?" Taehyung nods still pouting

"Hoseok-ah, come here and control your crying fiancé, let me see how you will take care of our crying taehyungie" his grandpa says teasingly for which he receives a glare from Taehyung and Hoseok just stands there clueless on what he should really do.

Taehyung wipes his face to wipe away any tear that might have escaped without his notice and looks at his hyung with a reassuring look and then turns to give his grandpa a hug as well for which grandpa kim pats his back while grandma kim calls Hoseok with something in hand

"Hoseok-ah, I heard you have a niece, here I personally knitted this sweater for her, I hope she likes it"

"thank you grandma, I am sure that she will like it" Hoseok bows and takes the bag from grandma kim

"and here are some snacks, for you and your friends, I have heard a lot about them from tae" grandma kim smiles at Taehyung who groans and hugs grandpa tighter for which they just laugh

"we will take your leave now, grandma, grandpa" Hoseok bows and then turns to Taehyung who breaks his hug

"here taehyung, give this to jinnie and tell him that grandma misses him, ok" taehyung takes the bag from his grandma and nods

"come soon, pls" he says one last time before turning to sit in the car

And once again there was silence but inside taehyung's head, now that they were already in car, he couldn't wait to reach home and complete his sketch. He smiles thinking how earlier, the elder gave him his first smile and it warmed his heart, the smile wasn't anything wide and cheerful, instead it was subtle and simple but that's what made Taehyung happy, because it was so like his Hoseokie hyung type of smile, it felt genuine.

Taehyung had no idea but just the memory of his Hoseokie hyung smiling made his box smile appear on his face and when Hoseok turns to check up on the younger, he was amused to see the younger smiling from ear to ear which somehow calms his heart down.

Hoseok had no idea why he did what he did back then, near that pond. He has no idea what made him smile in front of someone after a long time and that too, this particular cute young boy who was as transparent as water when it comes to showing his emotion, may be that was the reason, being in the company of such an expressive person might have given him the courage to slightly open up a bit. But could he really open up to this young boy who was going to be his husband in a time span of two weeks?

Both of them were engrossed in their own world of thoughts and doubts, but it was broken by Taehyung, who decides to confirm something he had a doubt about since this morning.

"hyung"

Hoseok turns to face the younger who was still hugging his backpack

"yes Taehyung"

"hyung are you really ok with me learning music production?" Taehyung asks praying that the elder wouldn't have changed his mind over night

Hoseok was a bit surprised at the younger's sudden question, because he was the one who suggested it, then why would he be not ok with it?

"why wouldn't I be Taehyung?" Hoseok asks confused

The younger bites onto his lower lip and looks up at the elder "I was just confirming, hyung...I am sorry" he lowers his head to look at his sneakers
