A small noise no one can hear

A bee that doesn't buzz

Notice that I'm there
I've tried again and again
But you can't hear me
I'm the background noise to your background noise
Slowly I'll fade out completely
I'm fighting to stay noticed
But at this rate
I'll be gone forever
And you won't even miss me.
