The end of the world is a topic that has always been popular, everyone has spoken about the end of the world whether it has been with friends, family, or with a stranger, and every time someone has a different option. Some people say that a natural disaster will end the world and some say that it will be an illness but when people say that it will be an illness it is usually laughed at and shrugged off, who would have thought that an illness would actually be the reason behind it?
Said illness which seems to have caused such havoc broke out at none other than your high school, it all started when a girl curiously stuck her finger into a cage with a mouse in it, a mouse that was being experimented on and carried that illness. That girl was seen going into the science lab but was never seen coming out, no one knew a thing about her until the next day, today in the morning when she stumbled into a classroom, seeking help and accusing the science teacher of kidnapping which caused a commotion that led to not only the paramedics to arrive but also the police.
Now we fast forward to noon when students are having lunch in the cafeteria, doing homework, talking, and messing around during their time off. You are currently with your group of friends, chatting with (love interest) about the silliest things, laughing and listening to one another but you are both then interrupted by the sound of distant screaming, that being followed by the sound of running, a lot of running but before you could ask anything you see a hoard of blood covered students run into the cafeteria, screaming and pleading for help, those students being followed by even more students who don't look so well, they are covered in blood, their skin is peeled and their eyes are white, not to mention that they are loud, snarling and groaning at full capacity.
As soon as your group sees that they get up, some not wasting any time in running while your best friend grabs your arm and tugs on it. "we have to go, now" they say but before you can respond to that you see a girl trip, immediately being pounced on by one of the not so well looking students who then bites into them, that causing (love interest) to gasp and take a step back. "I agree with (best friend)...we have to go and quick" they say, looking around for a way out. "we're climbing the table..." They say, you respond with...
