"So, any unusual things happened today?" Jiwoo asked as she lay on my bed, playing with my pillow. I sat on my desk while cleaning my violin.

I thought about that particular scenario awhile ago at the cafeteria. I smiled unknowingly. Jiwoo noticed it and threw the pillow she was holding on to my face. Of course, I wasn't prepared so it hit me square. She laughed as she managed to catch the pillow when I threw it back at her.

"Yah! Why'd you do that?!" I glared at her.

"You were smiling like crazy and it was creepy. I knew something happened today and you have to tell me."

Although I was annoyed at her, I can't help but smile again as I recalled what happened earlier. I sighed.

"Well...... I got to sit with my friends at the cafeteria and you know how they're friends with her friends too, so she was there.... And then, I got to try the kimbap she made," I explained. She had an amused face and had all her attention on me.

"Really? Well that's new. I bet you were blushing like a tomato as that happened," she teased. I rolled my eyes at her.

"I didn't," I lied and looked away. The annoying Jiwoo laughed like a mad man and sat up straight.

"You know, Gyuri. We grew up together and I can already discern if you're lying or not," she says. Aish.

"Fine. I think I did. So what? They probably thought that I was just embarrased."

"Right. And then what happened after that?" She had her attention all on me, as if she wants me to narrate everything. I sighed.

"That's it. After I ate, I told them that I'll still practice for my recital and they had to go also," I said.

"I think you should stop chickening out and just try to be close with them, with her specifically. It won't hurt, you know?" she suggested.

"Nah. I'll just keep these all to myself. It'll go away sooner or later," I replied, referring to my feelings.

It was all because I like Noh Jisun.

The day after that, I still did what I usually do... keeping my distance. After dropping off some letters, I went to the music room and practiced some songs.

"Gyuri-unnie! Thank goodness you're here," It was Seoyeon. Ehh?

"What do you mean? I occupy the room most of the time," I said. She just laughed and went to her space. She then grabbed her guitar and started tuning it.

"Hayoung-unnie and the girls wanted to hang out later. You should come, unnie..." she started. I was about to say no but she cut me off. "..... I won't take no as an answer, unnie. You barely have the time to go out. I think you need to have fun once in a while," she insists.

"Seoyeon, I'll be fine. You guys can go ahead. I still got a lot of things to do and----"

"I think it's the hundreth time you used that as an excuse, unnie. I'm not buying it anymore. Come on, Gyuri-unnie."

I was about to decline again, when the door opened once more, revealing someone I do not expect to come.

"Hey, guys. Sorry for barging in," she says while having that smile on her face. I quickly looked down on my music notes to hide the blush on my cheeks.

"Jisun-unnie, great timing! Do you have something for me?" Seoyeon asked with excitement on her voice.

I still didn't look up and pretended to study my notes. Hopefully she just ignores me.

"Of course. And I kinda brought an extra pack here," she says knowingly.

I heard Seoyeon snicker so I looked at her. She looked at me as well and just shrugged.

"Anyway, the extra pack is for you, Gyuri-ssi," my eyes automatically widen at the mention of my name. I pointed a finger at myself in which she just responded with a chuckle.

"O-oh... uh, y-you didn't have to," I said as she came to give me a paper bag with food in it. With much hesitation and wild beating of my heart, I took the bag because it'll be offensive if I ignored it.

"It's alright, I insist. Well, I'll be heading off now. I just came to drop the foods here. I'll see you later, Syeon-ah and Gyuri-ssi." After that, she went to the exit without looking back this time.

It feels like I was frozen on my feet because of the encounter. But, knowing that Seoyeon was with me in this room, I restrained my fangirling mode or else she'll be weirded out.

"As I was saying, unnie, you must come with us later. I promise, you will not be bored to the bones," she still hasn't dropped the topic. I sighed in an audible sound.

"Are you really this stubborn? Tsk. Fine, just for today then you leave me alone, okay?"

Seoyeon punched the air and did some kind of weird dance. Well, her and her friends are alike, except for that one girl.
