After class, I stood up and tidied my things and put them all inside my backpack when suddenly, an arm was wrapped around my shoulder.

"Someone told me that you agreed to hang out today?" It was Hayoung with that cheeky grin of hers. I huffed.

"I didn't have a choice. Seoyeon was annoying me to death," I say defeatedly. Why would I go when I know that someone is definitely going to be there?

"Well I'm glad she did. Like, seriously Gyul, you need to breathe once in a while. Let go of all those stressful things bugging you," she says and waved her free hand across our faces.

"But, Hanyang... you know I'm not into socializing with other people. I'd rather bury myself with books, or practice," I said truthfully. I was not a people-person because I don't talk that much. And I'm afraid people will find me boring.

"See, that's the point. You don't get to overcome them because you're holding yourself back. Try to loosen up and give people a chance. Our friends are dying to have you around, y'know?" she says with sincerity and persuasion.

I thought about it. Maybe she's right. I'm kinda afraid to let people in my system without even knowing them first. Maybe, I really should just give them and myself a chance.

I exhaled first before muttering, "Okay then."

Hayoung smiled brightly and her arm which was around my shoulders a while ago, is now hooked on to my left arm. "We shall go now!" She exclaimed and dragged me outside.

"Wait wait wait. Where exactly are we headed?" I almost forgot where they're taking me. She paused to think and beamed me a smile again.

"At Jiwon's house!"

Ah, Jiwon. That girl who keeps on trying to be close to me. She's hyper and bubbly, a total opposite of my attitude. A funny girl as well.

"Alright. Good thing I brought my car today," I said.

"Great! Let's go!!"

The whole car ride was loud as Hayoung kept on singing since she punched her playlist on my stereo. I'd just laugh at her from time to time.

We arrived 20 minutes later because and when we did, we could already identify which house was Jiwon's since it was the only house that's not as "peaceful".

I parked the car next to Saerom's car then went out to enter the disco house. Did you get it? Kkkk~

We got welcomed by Jiwon and Chaeyoung's boisterous singing, with Jiheon and Nagyung laughing their asses out at their unnies. Seoyeon was scanning through the song book. And finally, Saerom and Jisun preparing the foods at the kitchen.

My heart leaped once again for the second time today. It will be the first time I'm gonna hang out with Jisun around and I'm mentally telling myself to get all together.

You just have to keep your cool, Jang Gyuri. Don't be obvious now. Don't be all blushy and all the cheesy stuffs around her then you'll be fine.

"Uwaaaaah Gyuri-unnie!" Jiheon exclaimed when she noticed our arrival. The rest of the girls looked our way, surprised at my appearance.... especially her.

"Omoooooo! You actually came!" Jiwon yelled. I scratched my non-itchy head as I was embarrassed because all of them had their attention on me.

"Come on, guys. It's not like you just saw me today. Don't be too surprised," I told them and looked away.

"Alright, alright. Let's pretend that this is not the first time we hanged out with unnie, or else I'll have a hard time persuading her again," Seoyeon finally said while chuckling and stood up to drag me to sit next to her on the couch.

I sighed in relief as I muttered a thank you to her. With that, everyone went back to do their thing as if I was already with them awhile ago.

Jiheon then moved from being seated on the sofa and sat beside me. "Unnie~ I'm happy you're here. You won't regret hanging out with us," she says in her aegyo voice and clung to my arm. It was really cute but I had doubts on what she said. I sure hope I won't make a fool out of myself in front of them.

"We'll see about that, Heon-ah."

Right now, it was Jiwon and Hayoung singing together.

"Okay! Let's eat first and then you guys can continue shouting," Saerom says as she appeared from the kitchen.

A very enticing aroma filled our nostrils, making most of us drool (not me btw).

"Let's go!" Jiwon then ran towards the kitchen and the rest of the girls followed. I just walked like a civil person, unlike most of them who seemed like they're on a track and field competition.

As I arrived, everyone already occupied the chairs, except me, Saerom and Jisun, who were still serving the food.

The kids-- Jiheon, Nagyung, Chaeyoung and Seoyeon were all whining so that they can be served first with the food. With this, Jiwon also whined like a child. It was just a funny sight.

"Quit whining people. Because of that, any one of you won't get your foods first," Jisun said in her motherly tone, resulting for the kids to whine more.

"But unnie! I'm the maknae. It should be me who gets the food first, right?" Jiheon protested. This earned a gasp from Chaeyoung.

"What? Unnie, don't listen to Jiheon. She's using her maknae card again. You should give the first serving to me instead."

"Hey! What about me, unnie?" Nagyung joined.

"None of you will get the first serve since you are all noisy," Jisun replied as she finished putting food on the first plate.

I don't know how she gets patient like that when all of them is pestering her. I guess that's another charm of hers.

Another antic to add on my list of why I like her.

Just as I was having another daydream, a plate with lots of food was placed before me. I looked up and regretted it because I was stunned too much with the beauty in front of me.

"I believe it should be Gyuri-ssi who gets to have the first serve since it's her first time hanging out with us," she says with a smile in her face.

Earlier I made a mental note not to make a fool out of myself and I'm glad I did. I regained my composure and replied to her words.

"You can call me 'unnie' as well, Jisun-ah. And thank you for this," I said without stuttering, which I am quite surprised of myself. I smiled in return as well.

With that, I saw her face turned into a slight shade of pink as she replied shyly, "Okay, unnie," before she went back to serve the other kids their food.

"What about me?? I was behave too," Hayoung, on my side, pouted.

Saerom chuckled and gave her the food that was meant for Seoyeon instead.

"Here you go, Hanyang. Yes, you were behave too so you deserve it," says the captain, which made the latter grin widely.

"I'm gonna pretend that I didn't experience an injustice here," Seoyeon said slouched in her chair.

"Same here," Jiheon seconded. We all laughed after seeing them sulking.

I guess this is gonna be a first.
