Mr Park's pov :

I came back home one hour ago, only to find both of them asleep on the couch while cuddling.

I looked at the time and it was 5:10 PM
so I thought of waking them up.

" Y/n, Jimin? " I called out, Y/n slightly opened her eyes and as soon as her gaze landed on me her eyes widened.

She looked at Jimin, I wanted to laugh at her face, she was embarrassed.

I am a modern grandpa, why doesn't she understand that?
I am not the conventional parent
who scolds their kids for being touchy with the opposite gender.
[ Not Grandpa flexing here 😂 ]

Well, I can't do anything, she is just really cute when she gets embarrassed.
I always wanted a daughter and
now I have one.

" Wake up, it's already evening.
  What will you guys do at night then? "
  I asked.

She sat straight and said
" Good evening grandpa "
while running away from me.

" Adorable~ " I thought.

Then I looked down only to find Jimin still asleep. I sighed and again tried waking him up.

Finally, after 10 minutes of struggle,
he woke up.

" Grandpa? What are you doing in a suit
   at night? Is it morning already? "
   He said.

I smacked my head and said
" No, it's evening and you have been sleeping since I don't know when.
Now wake up, we need to see Y/n's result, right? "

He nodded his head and went upstairs.

Y/n pov :

" Dumpling " I heard Jimin calling out my name lazily.

" I am here in the bathroom. " I replied.

" Hmm " He said while entering inside.   
  He was still sleepy.

Well yeah, I am much more comfortable with him now and we can wash our face together, right? It's no big deal.

" Come here let me wash your face. "
   I said while holding his hand.

" Hm " He said.
   I washed his face and both of us
   went to the living room again.

" Grandpa! " Jimin shouted.
   Finally, he is fully awake.

" Yes? " replied grandpa.

" Let's see Dumpling's result. " He said making me nervous, obviously I will be sweating, how can I not?

I am used to seeing my result all by myself because after mom left no one was by my side. But today again I am feeling the same nervousness I dealt with whenever mom checked my result.

I took a deep breath before walking up to both of them.

" Y/n it's okay, don't take the stress. "
  said Grandpa. I gave him a nod with
  a small smile on my face.

" If you score well, I will give you
  chocolate, okay? " said Chim.

" And what if I don't? " I asked.

He acted like he was thinking but
his smile said otherwise,
he was just messing around.

" Then no chocolate for today!! "
He answered making me giggle at
his innocence. My nervousness decreased a bit after listening to him and I finally settled down with both of them.

That's how kids are, right?
All caring and loving?
[ My 3-year-old cousin is a real demon though😫 ]

It was as if time had decided to make me suffer and was smirking at me devilishly,
the loading sign was not budging making things nerve-wracking.
