Night fell again and it was finally time for their last activity. Each freshmen were to receive a wristband that would officially welcome them to the school. And it was to be given to them by a senior. As if perfectly planned, HyunSoo happened to be one of MingGi's freshmen.
"Congrats for getting into STA again." MingGi said and put the wristband on HyunSoo's wrist. "You were a pain in the ass but I'll definitely remember you. This is possibly the last time we will ever meet so I wish you good luck." He chuckled and smiled.
"But what if I don't want this to be the last time we meet?" The younger male suddenly blurted out.
"What? I mean we don't know what the future holds but I doubt we would get to work together again. Film and architecture have nothing in common." He laughed awkwardly and explained.
HyunSoo sighed and walked off since his turn was over anyway. MingGi was confused but continued his business. After that, the camp was wrapped up. All that was left was the return trip the next day. When he finished cleaning up, he went back to the room and was stunned to see HyunSoo passed out that early in the night. But he did not think too much of it and went to bed as well. The next day, the freshmen all packed up and left by their buses to return to Seoul. After a six hour long ride, they had finally arrived back in Seoul. Slowly, they began parting ways but MingGi had a nagging feeling in his heart. When he saw HyunSoo grabbing his bags to leave, he plucked up the courage and shot his shot.
"HyunSoo-ah, would you like to grab dinner with me?" He asked.
The younger male was stunned but agreed.
"But can I put my things at home first?" He asked.
"Oh sure. How long will you take?"
"Follow me there."
"Follow you? Follow you home? Are you crazy?"
"Come on. I'm driving home so it will be quick."
Despite the elder male's resistance, he pestered him until he gave in. When they reached his apartment, MingGi was blown away by just how big and modern it was.
"Wow~ do you live alone?" He exclaimed and looked around like a lost little puppy.
"Yep. Do like my apartment?" HyunSoo replied. "Wanna move in with me?" He teased.
"Yah are you crazy? My parents would kill me but...I would love to live in an apartment like this one day." He replied and settled on the couch.
"Why later when you have the opportunity now?" He said and inched forward until their faces were just merely centimeters apart.
MingGi's face flushed red and he swallowed a scream. He smirked at his reaction and left to put his things away. After he was done, they left to eat at a nearby place.
"HyunSoo-ah, I realised that we don't know much about each other." He said.
"Well, what do you want to know?" He replied.
His eyes lit up and he started shooting out the questions like a bullet train.
"When is your birthday? How many siblings do you have? What is your favourite colour? What's your favourite food? Where do you like to hang out..."
HyunSoo sighed and laughed.
"Okay so, my family consists of my parents, an older sister and me. And my birthday is on 26 March." He replied.
"26 March... isn't that next week?" MingGi exclaimed. "How will you celebrate your birthday?"
"I don't know. It's just another day for me honestly." He said and shrugged his shoulders.
