"This just in. Now former gymnastics coach Rachel Hoss accused of abusing student that we cannot name at this time. Rachel was taken to court a few days ago proven guilty of many records of abuse before she came to Argyle Texas-"
Karma turned off the tv and looked out at the brightness coming from through the window. She was going to be discharged finally tomorrow. For now some people were coming later tonight.

Karma breathed out and scotched off of the bed. She hated these hospital gowns, she didn't meet anyone and was probably the most miserable patient when alone. She slowly walked up to the window looking down at the cars passing by.
"Someone ordered a blonde with blue eyes and a special addition, sushi?" A voice she loved to hear said making her smile and turn her head.
She got up instantly from the window seat and went to him. Karma tiptoed and packed his lips, she then leaned on his shoulder missing the hugs he'd give. "How was practice."
Conner chuckled at what she was interested most. He held her hand and they both sat on the hospital's bed. Conner laid out the two containers of different sushi he brought for them. He knew she didn't like the food here, so why not surprise her for her last night here.
"What? I can't ask how the outside world is going."
"You. Should be focusing on your recovery."
Karma groaned dragging it for a longgg time.
"That's all anyone is saying, but hey, is Brooke doing ok?"
Conner smiled. Till death do those two apart, for right now they were like unstuck body parts.
His smile quickly dropped though, Brooke wasn't doing so well, he knows Karma knows because she hasn't visited for the week and that was all she was longing for.
"She isn't talking to anyone, not even Harlan."
Karma sighed, her bestfriend was going through it with her but it was like it was before, they weren't paying attention to her.
"Hey, you'll be there to her rescue tomorrow." Karma looked up and smiled sadly. Conner brought up other topics to see her smile again.

"Ok mija you ready?" Melanie asked as Karma finished changing into her regular clothes. She nodded and smiled taking the balloons from her room she'd never have to see again.
Daryl greeted his little girl outside the entrance of the hospital. She was expecting to see her brother and Brooke but guessed they'd be at the house.
The car ride was somewhat good. They kept apologizing but Karma responded in a nonchalant way, they know she just wanted to see her bestfriend/sister.

Karma's smiled beamed as they drove down the road to their house. Tons of neighbors were outside with banners and even pompoms.
The car parked and they were lines of tables with food, drinks and everything imaginable. As Karma stepped out the car everyone cheered and welcomed her home.

"My baby sis is finally home." Bryce said spinning his sister and placing her back down. Karma smiled and hugged her brother tightly.
"Look who it is, my star." Zion said holding out his arms. "Hi Z." She chuckled and was engulfed into them.

Everyone checked up on her and she finally went inside, just for a little while though. Since half of the house was open and filled with drink refills and finished food on the stove she had to go upstairs.
Karma opened her room door and to her surprise, it was the one bright blue eyed boy she loved. She ran into his arms and looked up at him. "I'm happy you're home."
"Me to."
Conner chuckled and kissed her gently on the lips while holding her chin. They pulled away and sat on the bed. "Hey um, is Brooke around? She wasn't outside nor in her room."
"I actually haven't seen her. You can ask Harlan though, I think they were making out last night."
Karma scrunched up her face and Conner just laughed at her. "I'll go and look for her." He nodded and followed her downstairs eventually splitting up.

"Hey uh, Harlan, you seen B?" He shook his head no.
"Z, you seen Brooke?"
"No I actually haven't, I think she left before you got here though."
"Are you high?" Karma sighed and snatched his cup throwing whatever he had in it away on the grass. Zion would always be Zion.

She finally tried one last person. "Hey, have you seen Brooke?"
"Oh yeah yeah, she said she was going to the ball park an hour ago." Daryl said focusing on the grill a bit. Karma sighed in relief to finally get the answer.
"Ok I'll be back."
