As five and I got closer to the building holding lances hand I smelled smoke. We looked up and the entire prosthetics company was up in flames. Five ran, letting go of and Lance and I followed. When we got to the front of the building it exploded and five and I were thrown onto the ground. I looked over at five coughing as he sat up to look at the building. It was gone, the evidence. Gone.
"Are you o-k-k-Kay?" I asked coughing and he looked over at me. My wound on my abdomen had opened and was bleeding freely as shards of glass had cut my face and I was developing bruises. As I was closer to the building I had gotten more beaten up than five. His eyes widened in shock as he looked at my almost limp body.
"Oh god y/n!" He yelled as black faded around my eyes and it all went black.

I woke up with a pounding headache and a someone whispering lightly next to me. I heard water moving about and then I let out a large cough.
"Good you're not dead." Five said sounding worried. I looked around at our surroundings. We were in a library. It was cold in here. Five was scribbling something down in a notepad as he took swigs from the bottle of red from earlier.
"You shouldn't be drinking all that." I said taking the bottle from him but he scoffed and pulled out his bottle of vodka and began drinking that too. He had Delores on one side of him and me on the other. His words were slurred and his hair was a mess. I winced as I felt a sharp pain in my stomach. I looked down to see my wound had been sewn back up, presumably by five.
(Time skip)
"I'm nearly there y/n" he said showing me his notes that were sloppy and unorganised. I sat, sober as I watched a drunk five struggled to plus one hundred and fifteen.
"Nice." I said and before I knew it his head fell on my shoulder. His arm was around Delores but his head was on my shoulder. I blushed, WAIT NO— taken man y/n, taken man. I cleared my throat and wrapped my arm around his shoulders as he let go of Delores and leaned into me snoring lightly. I sighed as I waited from him to wake up. And I was waiting for a long time
(Time skip)
"Looks like you too are getting up close and personal." I heard Diego's voice say from in front of us. Five was now clinging onto me and his head was on my chest as I flipped the pages of "a gamblers guide to sobriety" a book I had been reading before I was given the news of my fathers death.
"Yeah, yeah. Get him off me will ya?" I asked and Luther sighed walking up and picking up five, who groaned at the loss of warmth.
"Oh, and don't forget barbie over there, that's his girlfriend." I said and Diego rolled his eyes, picking up Delores and I stood up and grabbed his books with the notes he was working on.
"Is he um..?"
"Drunk." I stated and Luther nodded
"As a skunk." Diego said and I gave him a confused look as we made our way to the elevator.
"Ok Dr. Suess let's get going."

We walked down a dark alley. I had no idea where we were going but I was reading through fives notes.
"They're lying to you y/n" A dark voice said. I shrugged it off as my mind playing tricks on me but that was until another shrill voice said
"He wants your mind, not your heart." What? I looked over at five who was sleeping in Luther's arms.
"Do you guys hear that?" I asked my brothers and they'd hook their heads
"Only you, can hear us. You are the most powerful. Release the beast y/n, you have soo much potential." The voice said again and I whipped my head around trying to find the source.
"Who are you?!" I yelled as Diego and Luther stopped
"What do you want?!" I yelled and I looked around for an answer but nothing was heard.
"Is she drunk too?" Diego asked Luther and he shook his head they turned back and continued walking
"They don't love you. No one does." The voice said again and I screamed. A trash can flew from my side of the alley to the next and I looked at it with shocked eyes.
"Y/n? What was that noise?" Luther asked me as I looked back at them. The red sparks that threw the tin can disappeared.

"Nothing. Let's get going." I said as I caught up with them and continued walking. Five sighed walking up with Delores in his hands as I walked next to Diego who looked at me with concern. What the hell happened back there? Who was that?
"If you vomit on me.." Luther said and five threw his head back
"You know what's funny?" He said slurring and I looked at him rolling my eyes.
"I'm going through puberty...twice." He said and I chuckled as he held tightly onto his girlfriend.
"Y/n! I drank the whole bottle didn't I?" He said and I nodded my head as he smiled at me and I just sighed going back to his notes.
"That's what you do. When the word you love goes bye-bye. Poof it's gone." Five said and I rolled my eyes
"What are you guys taking about?" Five asked Luther
"Two masked intruders attacked the academy last night." Luther explained and my eyes shot up
"Is everyone ok?!" I asked worriedly.
"A little shaken up but, ok. They came looking for him." Diego said pointing at five and I sighed
"I need you to focus. What do they want?" Diego asked walking ahead of the group
"Hazel and cha cha." Five slurred out and I gave him a confused look.
"You know, I hate code names." Luther said to five
"Ah, the best of the best. Besides me of course." Five said and I looked at him as something in my brain clicked
"Wait?! Are those the guys that hurt you the other night?!" I said and Luther and Diego stopped as we looked down at five but he just smiled a goofy smile.
"The best of what?" Luther asked as he kept walking and so did Diego and I.
"You know, Delores always said she hates when I drink. She said it made me all slurry." He said and I scoffed
"She wouldn't be wrong." I said rolling my eyes as I focused on the page.
"Awww don't be jealous y/n, you know you're my number one girl." He said and I looked at him confused.
"Hey!" Diego yelled stopping again and we all looked over at him.
"Hm? Yeah?" Five said
"I need you to focus. What do this hazel and cha cha want? We just want to protect you and y/n." Diego said as five smiled at him
"Protect us? I don't need your protection Diego. Do you have any idea how many people I've killed? No. I'm the four cricket horseman. The apocalypse is coming—"
"Woah! Five we weren't going to tell them that."
"Hush my love." He said and I gave him a shocked expression. Another pet name and Delores was going to shoot his ass. He turned around and vomited all over the ground as I turned away and began walking again.
