Narrator's pov

Thirteen years have passed since the Battle of Kurukshetra. Burning in the fire of remorse for murdering their own family The Pandavas have surrendered to silence. Krishna after giving heartfelt wishes to his cousins travelled back to his kingdom Dwaravati. Even so, the children of Kunti have no kingdom. When they had passion to rule they had nothing but now they have everything but no passion or interest to rule.

In this gloomy days , The two dear wives of the great Subhadra Nandan Abhimanyu gave birth to two bundles of joy. That is Vishnurata and Vishaka , who were known as Parikshit and Satyapriya.

Being elated with birth of two children one after the other Krishna and Balarama as per Pandavas insist named the new borns and blessed them.

Parikshit is the sole heir of Panduvansh where as Satyapriya was the darling of everyone these thirteen years of remaining members of Kuru clan went on witnessing the growth of these two children.

Though currently the kingdom is suffering with poverty these two kids presence removed the pain of King Yudhishthira.

Amidst of all these things young queens of Hastinapura were very much careful about the shaping of upcoming emperor of Kuru clan.

" No pari that's not done " Uttara shooked her head as again another sword bearer knocked her son's sword down.

The little boy who was still pampered by whole family was facing utmost difficulty in handling harsh sword. His Archery is going good but yet his attitude towards warfare was not up to the mark and everyone knew that but still they can't talk harshly to their dear little prince.

Vatsala finished dressing the silky hairs of her daughter Satyapriya.

" You too concentrate on learning atleast you must master in these things for self defence " Vatsala said.

" That I can manage but Matha I don't have any interest in warfare " Satyapriya concluded.

Vatsala was watching Parikshit and Uttara's conversation from distance.

" Will you do anything for your brother?" Vatsala asked her.

" Obviously matha I love him soo much I will do anything for him" twelve years old Satyapriya grinned.

" Come with me " Vatsala took her hand in hers and neared Uttara.

" What's the matter Tara?" She asked.

" He again failed Jiji he is not showing much efforts " Uttara complained.

" If I was trained with these swords and etc I would have thought a nice lesson for him but my ill fate I just began my dance classes and everything happened in a go I didn't get a chance to learn " Uttara huffed.

Vatsala didn't replied but just glanced at Anusena , the new trainer of Parikshit conveying something to him.

The practice area was built near the tower region so that the warrior will even learn to match the pace with wind too. Vatsala took use of it.

Taking a lengthy rope from Anusena she tied to around her daughter's waist securely.

" What are you doing jiji ?" Uttara asked and recieved a calm smile from Vatsala in response.

She then tied another end of the rope tightly with twelve knots. Satyapriya gave a confused look to her mother.

" Anusena tell about the prince's progression " Vatsala asked.

" He is almost perfect with skills Maharani , just his efforts are lagging behind " Anusena Said.

None expected the next move of Vatsala , She just pushed her daughter from that height.
