The Kaalchakra cannot pause it's phase, it just rolled on making Satyapriya to live another four beautiful years. She is maiden of Seventeen years now.
Lots of changes have modified Hastinapura. It has defeated it's poverty by organising Ashwamedha yaga.
Babhruvahana, the only living son of Arjuna also united with his father. Uloopi and Chitrangada have also made their first ever entry to their husband's household. The great kings of Dravida desh were also honoured by Yudhishtira and hence he established the peace relationship with all of them. Sadly, the senior most alive generation of Kuru abandoned their titles and took Vanaprastha ashram.
Krishna's family members who assisted Yudhishtira in Ashwamedha were requested to accept the hospitality of Kurus.
Within a short span itself Babhruvahana and Pradyumna had a strong bond between them. They admired each other's skills and behaviour.
" Pari" Pradyumna called out for his nephew.
" Meet your brother's kids " Pradyumna giggled pointing Parikshit to Babhruvahana.
Babhruvahana recollected the words of Arjuna when they came face to face for the first time.
" what?? are you my son?! the one who created a chaos on the battlefield and shattered the mighty Chakrayuva that Subhadra Nandan Abhimanyu is my son. Not the one like you who came up with false claims to get rid of war" The pride that echoed from Arjun's voice that day still rings in Babhruvahana's ears.
" Pradyumna, does he resembles Abhimanyu?" Babhruvahana asked.
" Almost" Pradyumna replied.
" Haa Maava " Parikshit smiled.
" Do you know who is he?" Pradyumna asked.
" Yes King of Manipur Babhruvahana" Parikshit answered.
" And..." Pradyumna added.
Parikshit was quiet. He could not get soo close with a person whom he met a week before.
" Jyest pitashri also isn't it?" Pradyumna ruffled his hairs.
Parikshit nodded but Babhruvahana embraced him. He felt as if he is embracing Abhimanyu himself.
Parikshit too gradually reciprocated a hug.
" Where is the other one?" Babhruvahana asked.
" She is in her Chamber" Parikshit smiled.
Nowadays, Satyapriya loves solitude the most. Anyhow she can't run everywhere and roam around the streets like before. She can't be soo carefree anymore. Since no maidens are there for her she is adapted with silence.
Vatsala is now concentrated to make Satyapriya more responsible rather than chirpy. In her absence not a single thing should cause diffrences in Satya's life this was Vatsala's calculation.
