A week has passed, Alane started to get along with the family. She started to get better and better. She would help Giotto with his paperwork,she would help G with watching Giotto so he won't escape his paperwork, she would stay with Asari for tea while learn a little Japanese and listen to him playing his flute, she would have a chat with Knuckle during dinner, she would would get along with Elena and Daemon, she would protect Lampo from G's yelling and hits, and she would call Alaude from his study.

"Alane ! G is hitting me again !" Lampo hugged Alane from behind "Alane ! You better move so I can kick this brat !" G yelled. He moved and she stepped in front of him "please calm down, G" Alane raised her hands "Lampo, I need to bring this papers to-" she got cut off "no ! Alane ! I need you !" Lampo said.

Asari came and was about to say something, but stopped when he saw the situation "Alane-san, I was wondering if you would like to join me for tea ?" He smiled "I am kind of busy, Asari-san" Alane said "need any help ?" He asked "um" she glanced between the angry G and the scared Lampo.

Alane suddenly got pulled from Lampo's grip and bumped into someone's chest "stop or I'll arrest you both" Alaude glared "your yell and glare scares her" he glared at G "and your grip might kill her" he glared at Lampo "why are you late ?" He glared at Alane "I-I was on m-my way" Alane said and showed him the documents.

Alaude took the documents and walked away "what are you waiting for ?" He glared over his shoulder "o-oh" she walked faster to catch up. She glanced at the rest and gave them a 'I'm sorry' look. Even though she didn't show any emotion, they understood her.

When they entered the study, Alaude went to his desk right away. There were papers everywhere, with the Ring of Cloud and Snow on it "something wrong, Alaude ?" Alane asked "just doing some research about the Snow Ring" Alaude said "Snow Ring ? The one let out flames that day ?" She said and he nodded with his hand on his chin.

Alane tilted her head "you seem to be stressed about it" she said "that's because it's only attract with my Ring and it flames combines with mine" he explained "and I'm not stressed, I'm annoyed" he corrected and ran his hand through his hair, clenching on it as he groaned "you are annoyed because you are confused ?" She said "how would you know ?" He said "you clench on you hair and make a weird look on you face" she pointed. He pop a vein and glared at her "my apology" she looked away.

He sighed "whatever, here" he gave her the Ring of Snow "me ? Why are you giving it to me ?" She said "just guard it for a while, I need to think" he wore his Cloud Ring.

He sighed again and rubbed his temples. She thought that she will lose it if she put it in her pocket, so she decided to ask him "do you mind if I wore it ? I do not want to lose it" she held the Ring tightly "do as you like" he said, not looking at her.

When she wore the Ring, her hand got surrounded by white flames "A-Alaude..." She stared at her hand as it tried to reach for Alaude itself. He was giving her his back, so he didn't notice. His hand suddenly got surrounded by purple flames. He stared at his hand in surprise, not noticing that Alane was trying to pull her hand back.

His hand made him turn and his eyes widen when he saw flames around Alane's hand "woman, what did you do ?" He glared "I did nothing" she said blankly. Their hands reached and their fingertips touch which made the flames slowly combine.

Their fingers touched and the flames got bigger. When their palms touched, the flames scattered. They flung back, Alane crashed into different walls until she reached the living room.
