Alane was laying down on the bed, staring at the snowflake necklace that Alaude gave her. Alaude can be sometimes mean yet caring she thought. She slightly blushed and clenched on the bed sheet at the feeling of him laying down next to her.

As she walked in the hallway after changing, she saw the maid decorating around hers and there. Alane frowned and saw Lampo, G, and Asari. Lampo was on a top of a latter, hanging up something "good morning" Alane greeted "oh morning" G said "good morning, Alane" Asari bowed "why are the maids decorating the mansion ?" She asked "don't you know what day is it ?" Asari said, she shook her head.

They glanced at each other "you missed a lot, Alane" G said "hm ?" Alane blinked "it's Christmas" he said "C-Chris..tmas ?" She tilted her head "yes, it's a holiday" Asari said "I think I know what is 'Christmas'.." She held her chin to remember "but I've never celebrate it in years" she said "oh right, that last time was with me and Giotto" G said "Yosh ! All done !" Lampo claimed down the latter "what did you hang up, Lampo ?" Alane asked "a mistletoe" he said "a-a toe ?" She frowned.

"No no, a mistletoe" Asari corrected "what's a mistletoe ?" She asked "it is supposed to possess mystical powers which bring good luck to the household and wards off evil spirits" Asari explained and G approached her "It was also used as a sign of love and friendship in Norse mythology and that's where the custom of kissing under Mistletoe comes from" he explained "so anyone under this plant are suppose to kiss ?" Alane blinked "yes, pretty much" he said.

Asari and Lampo sweat dropped "um G.." Asari pointed, G looked up and noticed that he and Alane were exactly under the mistletoe "oh shoot" he popped a vein "well I guess since we're friends, a kiss on a cheek won't hurt" G looked at her "a kiss on the..cheek ?" She held her chin and tilted her head "is that okay ?" She mumbled to herself "it's fine, look.." He said, she looked at him.

Her eyes slightly widen when he kissed her cheek "there" he pulled back, she touched her cheek "that didn't hurt at all" she slightly smiled, he ruffled her hair "let's go, everyone are waiting" Asari smiled and they walked to the living room "I wonder if this would happen to Alaude and I" Alane thought while staring at the mistletoe.

They went to the living room and wished each other a marry Christmas, talked a lot, laughed, and argued. But the day was almost over and Alane haven't seen Alaude the whole time. That's when Alaude came in "Alane, wear this, we're going out" he handed her a coat. She stood up and took it "where are going ? A mission ?" She blinked, he frowned "a mission ? No, I mean our date" he said "I told you" he said "no, you didn't" she shook her head "oh, then Alane we'll be going on a date. Let's go" he walked ahead.

"Don't stay out real late" Giotto said "we won't" Alane said. She bowed her head and went to catch up to Alaude. Once she got outside the mansion, she saw Alaude waiting for her "sorry to keep you waiting" she walked down the stairs "it's nothing, come on" he started walking, she nodded and went to walk next to him "so where are we going ?" She asked "I don't know, I don't think you like anything fancy in dates" he said "what is a date anyway, Alaude ?" She asked.

He looked at her from the corners of his eyes "your joking right ?" He said "dating is a part of the human mating process whereby two people meet socially for companionship" he explained "don't we have a date everyday ?" She asked "no, this is actually the first official date" he said "so this is what it feels like to be on a date" she looked around.

While she was looking around, she didn't notice Alaude walked way ahead. He looked at her and raised a brow. He sighed heavily and walked to her to grab her hand "eh ?" She looked at him "don't get lost, Stupid Cat" he poked her cheek "hm" she smiled "I'm Alaude's Stupid Cat" she hugged his arm, he slightly smiled and ruffled her hair.
