The next day, Alaude decided to not see Alane for the day. He didn't know why, but it was for the best. He thought it might give her time to calm down about what happened yesterday. Alane felt the same, she thought Alaude was resting because of his bad injury.

Alaude walked in the hallway while Alane was sitting in the living room. She got up and left the room, just before Alaude entered. Alaude sighed and sat down where Alane was sitting, he snapped his finger as he remembered something and left the living room, then Alane came in. She sat down on the same spot and opened a book. She looked up when she heard Lampo scream, so she got up and walked out of the room, Alaude came in with a file in his hand then sat down after that.

After a while, Alaude walked in the hallway. Without him knowing, Alane turned a corner behind him reading a book, so she didn't see him. Alane accidentally dropped a paper from the book, she knelt to pick it up just in time as Alaude glanced over his shoulder. He shrugged and looked ahead as Alane stood up.

Alaude took a corner when Alane looked up. She opened the door beside her that lead to the library. She walked looking through the bookshelves, not noticing that Alaude came in. He looked thought the books, he would have saw her if the bookcase between them wasn't there.

Alane placed the book back and walked to the door when Alaude turned to her side. He pulled out the book that Alane just placed and opened it. He frowned at the book because it's all about romance and drama "why do we have this book ?" He placed it back, thinking it was for Elena.

Giotto was doing his paperwork when he heard a knock on the door. He smiled when Alane came in with a cup of tea "thank you, Alane" he took the cup from her "it's a shame that your hair is short now" he sadly smiled "it's going to get longer" she touched the tip of her neck-lengthen hair "Giotto.." She said "yes ?" He looked at her "d-do you love me ?" She asked, he stared confused "of course I love you, why are you asking ?" He said "I-I don't know" she looked down. He got up and walked to her "what did Alaude do ?" He said, a little mad "he did nothing. But if he doesn't love me, then I still have you" she said.

He chuckled then wrapped his arms around her "don't say that" he patted her head "but I didn't talk to him all day, neither did he" she said "tell you what ? How about you give this paperwork to him" he gave her a pack of papers "hm" she nodded and left the study. He slightly smiled at his little sister's actions, but he was also worried in the same.

Alaude kept tapping his fingers on the desk while resting his chin on his palm. He was trying to think about Eraca's plan, but all he was thinking of was Alane. He scratched his head hard as he growled. He got up, and left the study, making his way to Alane's room.

Alane kept holding into the large pack of papers as she walked, not looking where she was walking. In the same time as Alaude was walking fast "Alaude !" Knuckle called, making Alaude stop walking as he was about to turn a corner, which made Alane run into him by accident "Ouch" Knuckle said then slowly back away, then slowly ran away.

Alaude and Alane groaned and looked up, their eyes widen as it met then looked away slightly blushing "s-sorry" she said and started to collect the papers "let me" he helped her collect the papers "no, it's alrigh-" she got cut off when their forehead bumped, they rubbed their forehead in pain.

They collected the papers quietly, they kept taking glanced at each other. Without thinking, he dropped the papers, cupped her cheeks, and kissed her roughly "hmm !" She slightly broke the kiss to catch her breath then started to kiss back. She rested her elbow back as he got on top of her, moving his knee between her legs.
