Sunny and Nabi walked up to the small house located in a small neighborhood that had a few construction sites here and there with winding, hilly roads ahead.
"Oh wow, I can't believe people still live here.", Nabi said looking around before glancing at Sunny who held a troubled look on her face.
"What's wrong?", Nabi sighed looking away from her sister.
"Nothing, nothing.", Sunny replied still walking with her head down.
"If you say I'm fine I will kick you into this fence.", Nabi said in frustration still not looking at Sunny.
"It's just... You quitting your job...at the escort team... It doesn't seem right.", Sunny said looking at her sister as they walked up the hill.
"I couldn't be in that office anymore. Not with him. Not anymore. I know I said that he does care but Sunny my patience is wearing thin and I can't do that to myself anymore. This is our second life Sunny maybe even our third and throughout them our father has neglected us, trained us, fought us, shamed us and the list goes on. Never once has he ever loved us. I had hope and I stood by his side through it all but not anymore. You were right. He was never there. Maybe it should stay that way.", Nabi stated glancing at the scenery at the top of the hill.
"Kwan, All that aside. Look at me and tell me that you didn't love doing your job.", Sunny said looking at Nabi as they both paused in their steps.
Nabi looked at Sunny hesitantly before glaring into Sunny's eyes.
"I hated being on the escort team.", Nabi stated coldly her eyes not wavering as she stared straight into Sunny's eyes causing sunny to flinch slightly.
Sunny stared back into Nabi's eyes searching for a hint of lie behind her sudden cold exterior.
She couldn't find it.
Both reapers were broken from their trance by a loud shout coming from around the corner.
The sisters glanced at each other, nodding briefly before running around the said corner to see an old man with a wheelbarrow and Jun-woong being hassled by three thug-looking men.
"You really have a knack for being a nuisance, don't you? You manage to walk here on those old bones, huh? I told you to go live somewhere else. Why won't you listen?", The man the is the supposed leader said quite rudely to the elderly man causing Nabi, who heard the whole thing to grit her teeth.
"Hey, I think you're being a bit rude.", Jun-woong started moving to step forward but was pulled back by the elderly man.
"Don't.", Lee Young-Chun man, the old man, said before leading Jun-woong away from the thugs.
Having turned around Jun-woong caught a glimpse of Sunny and Nabi's figures walking toward them causing him to feel a slight relief wash over him.
"And who's this? Brought your grandson, did you? You, take your grandpa somewhere else. Do you know how much he's costing us?", Lee Kyu-Seop, the thug leader, whined, irritating Jun-woong and Nabi even more.
"He's just a young man who came to help me. I understood, so please leave for the day.", Young-chun said calmly only to result in irritating Kyu-Seop even more.
"Gramps.", Lee Kyu-Seop said grabbing the collar of Young-chun with his right gloved hand.
Jun-woong instantly stepped in but was held back once more by Young-chun.
"No.", Lee Young-Chun said the Jun-woong causing Jun-woong to step back a bit.
At that moment Sunny and Nabi arrived at the scene standing a few steps away from Jun-woong.
"Gramps, we're not leaving until you do. Understand?", Kyu-Seop said shoving Young-chun who thankful was caught by Jun-woong.
The Kyu-Seop then looked at Jun-woong before his eyes traveled to Nabi and Sunny who stood next to Jun-woong in similar attire as him giving Nabi a smirk causing said girl to cringe in disgust.
"Would you look at that? What's this?", Lee Kyu-Seop said before removing Lee Yong- Chun's hat regardless of the elderly man telling him no.
"Why would a person who fought to save the country be standing in the way when we're trying to develop it?", Kyu-Seop said waving Lee Young-Chun's hat.
"Maybe he realized that the country's development would not be good if it was done by an undeveloped street rat like you.", Nabi said bitterly stepping forward before being held back by Sunny.
"Who are you?", The Kyu-Seop asked in irritation with smirk on his face as he looked Nabi up and down before his smirk widen. This didn't go unnoticed by Jun-woong who gritted his teeth in annoyance.
"Someone you shouldn't mess with. Now give him back his hat and leave.", Nabi demanded glaring at the man.
Lee Kyu-Seop gulped slightly at the glare he was receiving from the girl before he cleared his throat looking back at the Lee Young-Chun.
"We need to clean up this crummy neighborhood so that real estate prices can rise, and things can get nice. So move, I'm telling you!", Lee Kyu-Seop said hitting the Lee Young-Chun with his hat.
This caused Nabi to tug forward only to be held back by Sunny, and Jun-woong to glare at the thug.
"Jeez!", Lee Kyu-Seop yelled in frustration hitting Young-chun again before slapping the back of head.
"What are you going to do gathering this stuff?", Kyu-Seop said grabbing a bag from the Young-chun's wheelbarrow and throwing it to the side.
"Hey! Leave those things you ass!", Nabi yelled fidgeting in Sunny's hold as all her anger from the past and present fought for release.
"Think of how amazing you were when you were young.", Lee Kyu-Seop said while throwing more stuff from the wheelbarrow.
"Don't.", Young-chun whispered to Jun-woong holding onto him to prevent him from attacking Kyu-Seop.
"Don't..", Lee Young-Chun pleaded making eye contact with Nabi.
"So why are you being such a nuisance now that you're old?", Kyu-Seop said continuously throwing things from the wheelbarrow.
"I'm sorry.", Jun-woong said before he spun out of Young-chun's grasp and punched Kyu-Seop.
That move shocked Sunny enough for her grip to loosen. Nabi took that as her opportunity to free herself, but before she could even do anything to help Jun-woong Sunny quickly grabbed her hands again.
"You can't fight Nabi. You are not even supposed to be here.", Sunny scolded causing Nabi to scoff as her anger increased when she glanced around to see the thugs leaving a bruised Jun-woong on the ground.
"Woongie, Are you okay?", Sunny asked finally releasing Nabi and walking up to the young man.
Jun-woong said nothing as he silently took up the scrap with the help of Nabi before placing them in the wheelbarrow for Young-chun.
They all then silently set off in the direction of the Lee Young-chun's house.
"Apart of this or not. If I see those thugs again, I will beat their ass.", Nabi gritted to her sister.
