Bri smiled at most of the comments and rolled her eyes at some of the others. She loved how social media could always get her in contact with her old friends.
She hadn't talked to her friends like Paige, Jalen and Melo in ages. The basketball crew as she liked to call them. Sometimes when people didn't know who Brianna was they would often think she played basketball. Just because majority of her friends played that sport.
She did want to catch up with Jalen to see how he had been, the two of them had been childhood friends. Literally grew up together.
His mom and her mom were friends, so it was only right that their kids do the same. Ever since Brianna transferred schools, they hadn't been in contact like they did during their high school years.
It had been two years since the two athletes had a full conversation, the only time they interacted was during social media posts.

This is definitely going to be an issue, Brianna thought to herself. As far as hanging out with a guy if it didn't include a group or a few girlfriends she didn't do it. Kyle sometimes could get upset. She would eventually run it by him a few weeks prior to her meeting with Jalen.
For now she needed to focus on the homework that she had, she'll do the rest of her catching up later.
